Best pizza, wish they were closer to where we live.

Ordered pizza and wings tonight, the WORST pizza and wings I’ve ever had. The wings had no sauce and tasted like nothing. The large pizza was disgusting. The pizza had thick layers of mozzarella cheese , crust was thin which is fine but it was not cooked all the way. Sauce was super bland. Oh had only 4 flats and the rest drums. Spend almost $60 . Threw it all away. It was awful.

Ordered a calzone, when i received it there was way to much ricotta cheese and no mozzarella cheese at all i called asking if i could get a new one to replace this and the woman argued with me. Completely unprofessional and she is about as friendly as a rattlesnake in person. And sorry to who ordered a pizza from there that was in the bag with my calzones because it was smooshed to hell.

Ordered hot wings.char grilled wet could not eat them were over cooked dry no sauce. Called and asked if would replace them. Person on phone just wanted to argue with me..paid 64 dollars for 40 wings. All I wanted was 10 wings replaced. Would not do it.sad.

Great calzone and personal pizza!!! But is better for take out the bathroom is all the way back technically you walk through the kitchen area.

Just had one of the best Pizzas ever...we always do a white specialty....but this was one of the best ever...Brandon your staff rocked it tonight!! Best pizza in town!!!
I have never wrote a review on here but the fact they can't even serve a fresh salad is concerning. I ordered a Chicken Caesar salad, pick it up it has olives, onions, peppers, tomato never saw a Caesar with all that on there before? Pick it off get ready to eat as I notice brown slimy translucent lettuce all throughout the salad. Brought it back showed the guy behind the counter his response was "It’s lettuce". He offers to remake it I agree. He walked into the cooler to grab a "fresh" bag of lettuce, bare hands the pre grilled chicken out of a container bare hands multiple other surfaces in the kitchen before bare hands dig into the lettuce. I take the salad return to work to find the "fresh" lettuce isn't as fresh as I thought! Pics are from thier second attempt at a "fresh" salad. Never again I'd rather take my chances with a gas station salad at half the price!!!

Ordered two giant pizzas for a pick up of 130pm. Arrived and pizzas were not even in oven. And when received the pizzas were shoved into four boxes. Stuffed. Pizza looked horrible. Squished and folding over on itself in the boxes. Asked for refund. Was denied. Asked for owner name and contact information. And the "manager" refused to give it to us. Have never had an issue with this establishment in the 16 years we have ordered this same pizza for parties. Would be nice if owner could reach out.

Recently had a party in Clayton NY called several places in this area and Cape Vincent no one had a catering menu on line or sounded like they wanted to help. Called Tina at Papa Tinos could feel the love right out of the gate. I knew I found the right place as we were caterers in Binghamton for 20 years. I asked for a pan of Meatballs, Sausage Peppers & Onions and (two of their never seen before by us)50 slice party pizza's. Everything and I mean everything was perfect. If you are having a party in the 1000 Island area and looking for a catering company that cares look no further. We highly recommend this place for all your future catering needs. Thank you again Tina and staff.. (foot note. had an Italian girl at my party who never eats Italian food anywhere but home she went to the meatballs 2 times.)
