My family stayed here for our trip to the Thousand Islands. It was the perfect location for a short drive to Clayton, Alexandria Bay, etc. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They were able to give many suggestions of where to eat and visit in the towns. The bar was great for our family. The food was fantastic! There were many activities for our children such as pinball, darts, pool, etc. We had so much fun! We will definitely visit again!

I have stayed her a few times, the staff was very helpful... Like when my car broke down and I had to extend my trip out another day, the staff was helpful and understanding. The beds and bathrooms are always clean.

Ok no toiletries in the bathroom. Hair left in tub. check in receptionist was pleasant. Key card machine was broken. Breakfast was good. Air conditioning worked good but was confusing. Maybe not worth 100

Good breakfast good clean and I recommend to everyone sleeping good cleaning is moderate but I found great cleaning service was great and reception was great and friendly there is many type of breakfast menu so I don’t have any difficulty when choose my favorite food

The pool was nice and the breakfast in the morning was great! A lot of options! The staff was nice and helpful. If I had to list some cons, the bathroom shower was not clean and the room was listed as non smoking but we clearly smelled smoke. Overall it was a nice stay!

There are many other newer hotels in the area. Pick any of them besides this one. While the front desk people were very nice, the hotel needs a major rehabilitation. I was with a group so I had no input on the selection.
Great experience. Went for the drag show, the bar was well stocked, the waitress was so on point. Really enjoyed myself.

did a wedding and reception .. do not reccomend .. spend more and go somewhere else .. planning was terrible, $30 a plate for cold roast beef (supposed to be prime rib) broccoli that was so overdone it could have been baby food, baked potato so overcooked you needed a steak knife to get through the skin.
