Friendly greeting at door and as usual like all Sam's Clubs clean ! Love the self checkouts too ! Grabbed a couple Hot Dogs and Sundaes for dinner, friendly service there too !

I'd really love to see more vegan options here. You'd be really surprised on how many vegans are in the area. Substitute meats, milks, cheeses, yogurts and ice creams would be awesome to see here so I can spend my money in stores I love to support! Sams In Watertown sadly doesn't have vegan substitutes that I've seen and I'm hoping that will change soon

Totally impressed by the staff at this location tonight. Came in through the pouring rain with a baby on my hip at approximately 6:50pm. The greeter at the front helped me put him in a cart and get him buckled in, as I couldn't get his legs in the hole because I am shorter, as my husband parked the car. She said “I've been there before, I remember those days!†The simple gesture was beyond gracious!
