I’ve been going here most of my life. Every time I hit the mall. This experience saddened me. The woman working today 9/18/2025 at 11am was miserable. She seemed annoyed by my presence. I asked if the meatballs were ready, I didn’t mind if they weren’t bc they’d just opened. She got some I was grateful. Wha I didn’t expect was it to be ice cold along with the sauce. A few customers came up after me and walked away because of her demeanor and the fact she was just standing there on her phone. I don’t typically complain but this was not a very great experience.

This place is awesome! They’re friendly and they seem to have a nice crew of polite and friendly people. I almost want to get a job here because they seem to be so happy working together. You know when you have that summer job and it doesn’t even matter how much you’re making an hour you’re just in the moment because the people you’re there with is awesome? Yeah, that’s this place, and the vibes are real!
I’m definitely coming back here one day!

I just paid $8.19 for 2 drinks from your Watertown, NY location and there was no carbonation in the drinks at all. We tried to return them and get new ones or our money back and the girl told us, “Our manager knows already. It’s been like this for 3 days and no one has fixed it.” And refused to give us our money back. How are you going to take my money for something I can’t even drink?

Slices are usually my kids favorite. We decided to order a whole cheese pizza to-go after visiting Santa. Half of the pizza was raw. You can literally smell the dough and yeast.

I recently visited and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid $13 for two slices of pizza and a soda, and it felt like a total rip-off. The pizza slices were bland, lacking flavor and any real quality, with a texture that felt like they had been sitting out for too long. To make matters worse, the soda was flat, which only added to the dissatisfaction. For the price I paid, I expected much better. The quality didn't even come close to justifying the cost. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Food was ok...it's food court pizza, not expecting 5 star cuisine. However, the rude woman who waited on us, literally throwing trays on the counter, and loudly complaining that they were open on new years day. I get it, working a holiday sucks, but complaining in ear shot of customers while also being a rude *****, totally uncalled for.

The girl who waited on us was rude as hell. I could barely ask my son what he wanted without being rushed by her. The food was dried out, and barely warmed, and then as we were choking it down this same employee was complaining LOUDLY about having to be open on New Years Day. Which yes, it sucks, but if you knew you were going to be open, request the day off, or call in, instead of complaining sonthebentire food court can hear you!
Found hair in my food. Employees were rude, and the food was old.
