Possibly the worst Sonic or fast food establishment I have ever been to.
1. Took 30 minutes to bring my order out while not a single other customer was at the business. (Benefit of the doubt maybe they’re short staffed)
2. Went to the window to see if they even got my order. The guy said he never got the order (okay fine I’ll redo the ordering process even though I’ve already paid)
3. Manager came to window and was ridiculously rude (fine maybe he is having a bad day)
4. Turns out my order had already been made, all food was cold by now and all drinks were a melted mess. 10/10 will never even come back

i wish i could leave a 0 star me and my 2 friends went inside today and it wasn’t busy we were the ONLY people inside and they forgot our straws forgot our drinks and they’re drive thru was not working and when i went to ask for a straw and a spoon the girl handed me 3 straws after my friend clearly heard me say and a SPOON AND THEY DIDNT GIVE ME A SPOON . i will NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER EVER COME BACK HERE

Used the app and ordered 2 sonic blasts, we tasted our treat and both of them were very clearly made with spoiled milk.

I ordered a cherry limeade yesterday during my lunch break at 12 yesterday I arrived at sonic at 12:10 and checked into a stall on my mobile app. I watched multiple cars go through the drive thru and finally 35 minutes later I backed up to the drive thru the man was extremely rude. I told him I had checked in at stall 10 I never even mentioned how long I had been waiting or anything. He proceeded to tell me that it was only him and the cook. He handed me drink that wasn’t even filled and never said another word. It’s one thing to spend your whole lunch break in a line it’s another to then be treated rudely. Will not come back.

Waited in a car hop spot for over 20 minutes and no one took my order while there was no cars in the drive through and only one other car at the car hop stations. I then waited 5 minutes in the drive through and still no one took my order. When this places feels like they want to work they make decent drinks and pretty below average food. Your better off buying the ingredients and making it at home. Whoever owns this place if you see this you're a terrible owner and I suggest you shut it down or sell it to someone who gives a damn.

Got our shakes to go to our house 30 minutes away to realize that it tastes like sour cream… the milk was literally spoiled. I drove all the way back there for the employee to be rude as hell.

This place is run terribly. I've been going to sonics my entire life, its one of my favorite places on long car trips. I drive back and forth every weekend for work and I would go here every time if this place wasn't run into the ground.
They're out of tots. It's sonic. That's one of the main reasons people go.
Then the largest cup they have is medium but I look through the window and there is a rt 44 right there in plain view.
They're always short staffed, which I can deal with. But with all that money you're saving on labor, you'd think you'd be able to stay in stock of basic ingredients and tools to run a restaurant. It's incredibly disappointing.

Can’t dine in, drive thru is terrible carhops are non existent it sucks because I used to go to sonic in my younger days and to see this restaurant go down so fast

I'm from Canada, we don't have Sonic up here but I can say, this location was fast and friendly and the food was well above average for fast food. Makes me wish we had Sonic in Canada. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the location had temporarily closed the lounge, so we couldn't use the restrooms.

I'm so disgusted!!! the milkshakes were warm not even the right kind that was ordered I asked for a Carmel and got a vanilla, I asked for chicken tenders they gave me 3 small piece tender bites. the chicken sandwich was severely dry and Jamie said "i made it all fresh" very rude on top of it. We will never be eating there again. yuck!
