I ordered on the app and pulled up to stall 4 when I pushed the button a lady told me to drive to the window. When I pull up I was yelled at to go back to stall 4 by a guy named Eric and called a lier when I said someone told me to pull up to the window. Worse customer service I have ever experienced and that guy doesn't need to be in the window or talking to customers at all.

The staff is very rude; I think on purpose to get a negative reaction out of each customer. But I’m definitely not a biological male. I was very polite to all of the staff, even though I was treated in an unsavory way. I’m not a SIR, I’m not a man. Not that there’s anything wrong with being a biological man.
