READ THE REVIEWS! I placed a mobile order at 7:07, I didn't get my order until 7:27! Why does it take 20 minutes to make some food?? There was no one ahead of us! Keep it staffed or close it!

Hopeless ?

I ordered on the app and pulled up to stall 4 when I pushed the button a lady told me to drive to the window. When I pull up I was yelled at to go back to stall 4 by a guy named Eric and called a lier when I said someone told me to pull up to the window. Worse customer service I have ever experienced and that guy doesn't need to be in the window or talking to customers at all.

The staff is very rude; I think on purpose to get a negative reaction out of each customer.
But I’m definitely not a biological male.
I was very polite to all of the staff, even though I was treated in an unsavory way. I’m not a SIR, I’m not a man. Not that there’s anything wrong with being a biological man. I don’t appreciate being addressed as one. 🤣👏🏼💯

The absolute worst wait for fast food in all of NYS. I guess it’s alright food if you’re willing to wait half an hour just to have your order taken whether it’s drive thru or inside every single time we come through. Just sad, DO BETTER.
