The worst Starbucks among many countries! An incredibly awful customer experience!
I stopped in recently on a Sunday for a coffee and patiently waited at the counter for a few minutes. There where four employees making drinks and attending the drive-through.
No one acknowledged me...until an employee came from the back, walked past the counter and I waived my arm to elicit a reponse. A short brunette woman with the ink sleeve (Nureena? name began with an N) expressionless, with soulless eyes looked up and told me they "where very busy." Of course mention the obvious! But do not be so rude and unhelpful! Where is the manangement?
I left... it's only coffee.
Update: Wow! Look below... Starbucks is reaching out asking how they can improve! I usually do not give out free business advice, but a great start would be to replace the management and possibly a few employees. The response to this review appears fake. Starbucks at the corporate level knows what to do... ;)

Starbucks that I went to was out in Watertown, New York first time being there I’m not a huge fan of Starbucks. I prefer making my coffee at home but me and my girlfriend went there together and till today I still have a hard time deciding what I want to drink or eat at any Starbucks location, but I will say that it was a very good experience overall they helped us fine. Will be looking for giving us options as well as fast and friendly customer service.

SO SLOW. No matter what day of the week, what time of day, how many employees are working, or how many cars are in the drive-thru, this location is always ridiculously SLOW.

I have applied multiple times, called multiple times and received that the hiring manager was looking over applications. I call for the fourth time and hiring manager told me they hired people when I have been trying to call and talk to the hiring manager for the past two weeks. Waste of time applying here.

Where’s the oatmilk????? Every time I order this specific drink at this specific location it gets messed up. Need to do better. Will not be ordering from here anymore, I will be ordering on post instead where they know how to make drinks properly.

The first and last time I an going to this starbucks. I went for the 2 for 10 since the one at Target was full and the drive thru girl on the speaker was rushing my order so i didn't have much time to speak and give my order. Which brought them to not hearing me and when I went to the window they forgot to add the white mocha sauce I asked for. When I called the girl back to the window, she took my drink from me and when she remade my drink she gave it back with attitude. I said “thank you” and she replied “welcome” and slammed the window shut. Very weird because I have never been to a starbucks where the people there are rude and unprofessional. My drink is still not made correctly even though they remade it but its okay I just know not to go back to this one.

I used to love Starbucks but lately they are not the greatest. Each time my bf or myself have gone to this one they never ever have blueberry scones. What gives? If it’s not an option anymore then put a sign up that states it’s no longer offered. The only Starbucks that seems to have blueberry scones is the one on post but I don’t want to drive all the way out there just to get scones but will have to if this Starbucks doesn’t start keeping them in stock. Then I ask for extra crunch and they don’t put it in there but fill the damn cup with whipped cream and you hardly get any of the coffee. And the extras that doesn’t fit in the cup gets thrown away. And today my bf surprised me with a caramel ribbon crunch and he asked for extra crunch and there were no crunch in this drink. Am highly disappointed. This was the first time I can say that I didn’t enjoy the drink.
