In the beginning it was awesome. Now every time I go I'm missing something. Today was my last go. After waiting for longer than normal the woman gave me my bag. I asked if the avocado ranch was in the bag bc they always charge me but never give it. She rudely said yes. I checked the bag and was annoyed when two of the fries were completely dumped and all over the bag. There was not avocado ranch but salsa. I specifically said I didn't want the salsa and was charged so I went in to get it. I got home and we were missing food. I called four times and no answer so we're done.

If I had a zero theh would get it they refuse to serve someone on a bike told me they couldn't serve me cause I was riding a bike that's bs service should b service instead turn my money aways cause i didn't have good enough transportation terrible service burger King and Wendy's can have mu money instead

Environment is not clean whatsoever. No wonder no one dines in.. Ordered through KIOSK, it took almost fifteen minutes to come through which is fair. I know Drive Thru is priority but the nacho fries came out stale. The Cheez it CrunchWrap didn't even have the Cheez it and was soggy. My cheesy gordita crunch both shells were hard. My Quesadilla was bunched up in the box.. a lot of the items from the combo were missing. The Pepsi was flat. This is the third time there's an issue with this place it started off good and now it seems that there's just no care.

$70 for 5 people seems excessive. Got all the way home and realized I was missing an entire box, as well as a chalupa that was supposed to be free that i had to pay for. Dining area looked gross even though no one was dining in. I won't be eating taco bell for a long time after this.

Worst Taco Bell ever! Last time I went, my stake quesadilla was cold rubbery and had no sauce. My nacho fries cold and stale, and the cheese wasent even half full. While waiting in the drive through some lady working there gave me a nasty look, and there was 3 other employees just standing there doing nothing while we and the cars behind were waiting for our food. Not the first time I went here since it opened but definitely the last not one time did I have a good experience there!

When they first opened, they were the best. Food was always hot, portions were good, and orders always correct even with modifications. It's clear they're getting lazy or jaded or something. I was the only person in the drive thru tonight and 2 of 4 of my food items were messed up. Super disappointing considering they've been miles better than Arsenal St and Evans Mills every other time I've gone here. Hoping it was just a fluke.
Came here tonight around 7. It was very busy but the staff was on point. The cashier, cam, was so friendly and personable. Perfect example of what kind of employee should be in the window. Thank you cam for being so awesome!

Disgusting u guys sold us borito with mold on it last February 14 I'm so disappointed ? I won't buy no more one of burito my husband eat already didn't see due he was bussy playing his game not looking but got prof the second borito we took pic, new store but not safety to eat
