My family had dinner here and the experience was fantastic. We went on a Monday before Christmas. It was busy for a monday so they must be constantly busy during the week. Our Waitress Anya was fantastic! She never rushed us and checked in just the right amount of time and always smiled. The food was phenomenal. Cesar salad wasn’t too dressed and lettuce was fresh. The steaks were legit some of the best I’ve had in a while. Prime rib was a 9.5/10 easily. Well done to team here.

Kelsey was the most amazing server! we had a upset baby, changed our order, ordered to go and then decided to stay, and put our dad on the birthday saddle and she handled everything with grace ! we were accidentally a difficult table but she was smiling and kind and attentive to us the whole time. it made my dads birthday and she deserves a raise and so many blessings in work and in life. i can’t say just how much we appreciate her service tonight. i truly hope she is loved and valued in your work place because she absolutely deserves that and so much more.

We wait out side in the cold and the family infront of us was a older couples want to sit and had one more coming from the parking lot and would not let them sit after freezing in the cold for 15 min. Never been to a Texas road house with such rub hostility.

We've loved this Texas Roadhouse the last few months while working in Watertown and last year. Tonight though, our server Victoria was very unpleasant, rude and kind of gruff. I think she forgot she's taking our orders and serving the customers and supposed to be kind, she was not. We all have bad days, but as a frequent loyal customer of TR, I think she needs a little talk with management. Anyways, we love our favorite server Jamie, he's #1 in all the TR we frequent nationwide, and the manager Tracy was awesome and as usual excellent food!

We had a wonderful experience! Kelsey our server was amazing! She made sure we were taken care of and even brought us to go cups when we left. She anticipated our every need. We didn't have to ask for anything. Dillon the manager brought our entrees out and even stayed to ask us were we were from. When the hamburger was missing the bacon, Dillon discounted the meal even though we told him not too. Both of them made a point when we were leaving to wish us a safe trip. We will definitely be stopping here again! Thank you for such great service!
