I recently stopped by Tim Hortons and it was kind of a letdown. Out of the 4 items we wanted, 3 were unavailable—no soups, no omelet bites, and no tuna salad sandwich. Super disappointing since we were really looking forward to those!
If we had known that most of what we wanted wasn’t available, we definitely would’ve gone somewhere else instead of wasting our time there. The staff was nice and apologetic, which was a plus, and they didn’t have any frozen drinks either, but luckily, we didn’t need those.
The coffee was good, but I really wish they had more of the menu items available. Hopefully, the management will fix it.

I pulled up to just get some breakfast and the woman on the speaker proceeded to speak in some weird valley girl accent, complain about our order, and then proceed to mix up our order because she was too committed to her 'bit'.
This place exclusively hires crazy people, there is one guy who is awesome but otherwise you are playing Russian Roulette with your time. Just drive to the other side if town.

I stopped by this location and even though they were out of the flavoring for my drink they made it right. Thank you afternoon crew for making my trip/birthday special!
Not sure if a scheduling or hiring issue, but service during morning is slower than it should be. Also not aware if shutting down panini press an hour before close is a common practice. Food and friendliness of staff is always on point!
