I always look forward to grabbing Tim’s, when I’m in town. This Tim Hortons is the worst, Every time I’m here they mess up something. today I ordered a refresher with coconut milk, I was given the wrong size and made with lemonade, ordered a farmers breakfast wrap MEAL, Received a wrap with ONLY bacon and egg in it and nothing else. My mother ordered a sausage snack wrap and was given bacon… we also ordered Tim bits to share with our dog; in which we said and asked for no chocolate only to receive a 10 pack with SIX chocolate..
I couldn’t believe the incompetence, not a single thing correct, so disappointed.

Worst ever!!!! Literally waited over 20 mins for my food and had to leave with out even getting it. Terrible service!

Every time you go here be prepared to wait 15+ minutes in the drive through because they’re only two people on every morning. This along with the fact that something is always broken is severely irritating.

There are many seven eleven's in this town but this one most definitely has the A Team! No matter who is working. This is very important as they must have a great management team. Jay worked on my deli order today and he had just done about 5 behind my order and just kept the same smile and enthusiasm to help the next customer. Great work! 👍 I've noticed this consistently with everyone who works there over the years.

I went through the drive thru. They are super busy, and I had to wait for a few minutes, but the employees are friendly and nice, and the food was awesome. It's a great Tim Hortons location.

2nd time I've went to Tim hortons recently and ordered a plain ice tea large. Taste nasty. Taste like cloreen. I think they need a better filtration system there.

I recently stopped by Tim Hortons and it was kind of a letdown. Out of the 4 items we wanted, 3 were unavailable—no soups, no omelet bites, and no tuna salad sandwich. Super disappointing since we were really looking forward to those!

If we had known that most of what we wanted wasn’t available, we definitely would’ve gone somewhere else instead of wasting our time there. The staff was nice and apologetic, which was a plus, and they didn’t have any frozen drinks either, but luckily, we didn’t need those.

The coffee was good, but I really wish they had more of the menu items available. Hopefully, the management will fix it.

I pulled up to just get some breakfast and the woman on the speaker proceeded to speak in some weird valley girl accent, complain about our order, and then proceed to mix up our order because she was too committed to her 'bit'.

This place exclusively hires crazy people, there is one guy who is awesome but otherwise you are playing Russian Roulette with your time. Just drive to the other side if town.
