Everytime I have gotten coffee from here over the past few weeks it has tasted burnt and stale. I know that closers have a tendency not to brew fresh pots every 20/30 mins but I mean if there is less than a half of a pot and someone orders a extra large just brew a new POT of coffee so it’s fresh you’ll have to start one anyway for the next customer. It’s not like they are charging you to brew a fresh pot it’s part of customer service and it isn’t going to cause you much effort. Just ripping the bag putting it in the filter and hit a button! It’s every time I get coffee here lately !! It’s such a waste of money and a disappointment when it tastes like that and it’s my only stop on the way home from work. So please. Just talk to your staff about the importance of brewing fresh coffee. Like tonight there was a small line the poor guy was by himself and a girl was outside sitting on the curb by the door talking with a couple people clearly on the clock with a headset on. She didn’t budge a bit because once I left the drive thru with my order she was still sitting there talking away and if she would have provided the one guy working with some HELP.. he might not have been so overwhelmed and had time to brew a fresh pot... just saying because if it taste like this again I’ll have to get my money back I’m sick of dumping an extra large down the sink..

They never have hashbrowns past 9:30am. We pulled up to the drive through and the lady on the mic was hella rude for no reason. The Tim Hortons in Evans Mills also has the same hash brown issue, but their customer service is better. You would think if you always run out of hashbrowns, it would make sense to order more than usual. I Guess Tim Hortons management is just lacking logical thinking.

Me and my girlfriend went to dislocation April 1, 2025 at 1:30 PM. We ordered an everything bagel sausage was supposed to be well done it wasn’t well, done at all it was cold. My girlfriend ordered a blueberry bagel with butter and cream cheese. They only put cream cheese on her bagel as well. Her bagel was cold and we ordered a side of bacon for my dog and that was ice cold. I’m highly upset with the experience at this location. And I’m very upset with the fact that I work hard for my money and I threw away 20 some dollars on ice I threw in the garbage. And we were not given a receipt, but it was charged to my chime debit card. This is ridiculous. and we also ordered two drinks. The drinks were fine, but the food was ridiculous.

They are almost always out of most of the food. Always out of hashbrowns, out of the egg bites both flavors, expresso machine was down back to back. I have gone so many times between 9am-11am and 80% of the time they are out of half the menu. Absolutely ridiculous. If you know you’re going to run out by 9 am i don’t know why they don’t prep more.

I tried the coffee three different times on three different days and it was horrible each time. It tastes like they used yesterday's coffee and just warmed it up. Like mop water squeezed through a dirty sock. I do not recommend it.

Everytime I go into this location and most others in Watertown and surrounding areas there aren’t any Canadian maple donuts or maple dip donuts. When I have asked why there aren’t ever maple donuts, I was advised they aren’t a required
Donut to keep stocked up in the case so they don’t make anymore.

They literally never have egg white bites. They almost always offer me the other kind. How about supply and demand. Clearly people like the egg white ones more if youre always out...... even when I order on the app 20 minutes in advance, they won't have them. Then I get to sit in line and wait so they can refund me. Ridiculous.

Today they asked if I wanted something else instead. I said bacon egg and cheese croissant. The guy said 2? (Since I ordered 2 orders of the egg bites) I said sure. Then some woman came over to hand me the food and said next time they can't do croissants because they cost more, as if IM trying to scam the system or something.
Do better.

It's really hit or miss. Sometimes the coffee is hot and taste great then luke warm and old. The staff also gives out free doughnuts to their personal friends which is illegal
