Tully's Good Times Watertown

On 4/1 my 2 grandchildren and I arrived at the watertown tullys for dinner and we're seated by a group of about 12 teens- we sat and waited for service for about 10 min before someone came with popcorn and to get drink orders and food orders
The waitress then promptly returned with drinks- a different waitress came with our food orders. We were not asked for refills or how our food was.
We finished our meals and waited approximately 20 minutes while the waitress was with the noisy teens. She then dropped the check and boxes and finally after another 10 min I gave the check and payment to someone else as we had other things to do unable to take hours to complete what could have been done in less time- very disappointing in out visit to tullys

I’ve been to this place many times and the way the waitresses are so rude and they act like they really care and they don’t and and they expect to get a tip but they don’t do their job the way they should and I don’t think it’s right for any of us customers that come into this place to eat and also I don’t like getting my food cold when you order food it should be hot not cold and this is not just me. This is for a lot of people And I have someone that is related to me that works there and she is very snobby and she’s rude and she doesn’t show no respect and I don’t think it’s right and I’m sorry but I’m not gonna go to this place again because I don’t feel that it’s right the way the waitresses are so rude and not kind the way they should and they’re being paid to do their job and they’re not doing their job and I feel that’s wrong. God bless America

I wouldnt know if the food is good because we Sat there for 30 minutes and not a single person acknowledged us. Walked out and went somewhere else

First time in tullys, the food was okay nothing special but the service made up for it. Catalina was great, very friendly, attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

My meal was cold ,not enough silverware,ran out of paper towels and plates.Had to ask for these things! ( chicken parm ) cold!

Pretty good food at an affordable price point. Our child loves coming here and we'll surely be back soon enough.

Friendly service, easy to find right off the highway, safe ample parking, lots of TVs, cute arcade waiting lobby, yummy chicken tenders that are seemingly triple dunked in butter milk batter making them unique.

Two words, Crab Dip, one word, Amazing! Staff was professional and attentive. Food was very good and the place was cleanly. Will be back for further visits.

Friendly wait staff. Many food options. Had the Louisiana crab dip, mushroom swiss burger and the chicken fingers. All were very good. Large portion sizes at a good price. The Tully's IPA beer was really good. The pumpkin cheesecake was very good as well.
