Their high-quality food is always fresh and moist, making them a hit with guests. From personalized tastings to impeccable execution, Michael's Hospitality ensures a seamless experience. Owner Michael Latreille worked exceptionally well to put together exactly what was wanted for the menu. The appetizers were phenomenal, and guests are still raving about how amazing they were, especially the mini fish tacos and mini grilled cheese with tomato soup. The plated meals were delicious, the biggest portions ever seen at a wedding. Michael's never disappoints. The food was wonderful for the wedding. They worked to build a great menu for the occasion, and the service on that day was exceptional. The food was outstanding, and everyone kept raving about it all night. The service/staff for the reception was also top notch. They made everything flow seamlessly from beginning to end.
