🚫 Worst customer experience — ever.
I’m posting this to warn others.
My 87-year-old mother and her friends went to Deacon Blues for lunch — a place they’ve been to many times. But this time, they were completely disrespected. When the bill came, the receipt labeled their table as “Old B*tches.” Yes, that was printed right on the receipt. (Photo attached.)
That’s not all.
– When they politely explained that three people couldn’t make it due to unforeseen circumstances, the server snapped, “Well, it would be nice to let me know in the future.”
– There was something black floating in one of the waters, and when they brought it to the server’s attention, she responded with rudeness and no concern whatsoever.
This is how you treat elderly women — loyal customers?
There’s no excuse for this kind of disrespect and unprofessionalism.
Deacon Blues, you owe them an apology.

This place is never open...Halloween one of the busiest nights of the year and they aren't open. Oh and do they decide to say anything on Facebook? Nope. They NEVER say special hours ANYWHERE. This place is a joke and I am taking away all the stars because this service is so bad its not worth it. They have lost my business, I'm fed up with them. Be off Sunday, fine. But Halloween? How about list what holidays u are closed. Bad business

We used to LOVE their pizza! We have out-of-state family who always had to have Deacon Blue's pizza, even an extra to bring home.
Was it Covid? Or some other event? The pizza size was cut in half while the price didn't change. We stopped going as it's just a fond memory now of what used to be.
We have a lot of our family gatherings here. The staff is always friendly and attentive. The pizza and the turkey dinner are worth the trip.

I had attended a luncheon with family members, there were 10 of us and our server Thomas had no problem keeping up with us, he was wonderful he did a great job taking care of us as well as the other customers he is one of the sweetest servers ever. I had no idea what type of establishment this was I thought it was maybe a bar but it's a very lovely restaurant very good food, and I will be back, especially if Thomas is working
