So second shift tends to throw out all the donuts in the middle of the day to try to deter people… it’s a donut place if you have no donuts then why are you open. They refused to take our order so we had to go to Troy location which I didn’t want bc their donuts are stale and have a weird taste to them. I never want donuts but I had a craving and was completely disappointed. Had to go to Hannaford .every time I go here it’s burnt coffee, terrible service . Horrible attitudes and I don’t understand why I’m the nicest person and the most understanding.. it takes a lot for me to complain about a place. America definitely does not run on Dunkin’.

Update 3/24/24 : didn't even realize I wrote a review here 6 years ago. Well stopped in today , first time in years. I ordered loaded hash browns. That's the only thing I attempt to eat at Dunkin. Got my order and the cheese was ice cold. This a first that I've ever received ice cold queso on my hash browns. Asked about it and they said they aren't allowed to heat up their cheese. I asked why they were the only store that I've ever gotten ice cold queso from? They responded that cheese has to be refrigerated.... Yeah big brain, I know that but it isn't served ice cold. His response was that it stays in the fridge ... It's so funny to see big brand store locations remain a shit show for years at a time.

Went through drive through ordered a Large Hot tea, went to window and seen the cashier (no gloves, No hand washing ) rip open the tea bags and touch them bare hands ( both tea bags touch fingers and palms) and puts them into cup in peak cold and flu season. I enjoy my tea without extra seasonings so I drove away. Very gross.
Love everyone at this location. I come here often and always have a good experience, all of the workers are so friendly and they never mess up my order

I was there today on 8/23/24 @ 3:18pm I ordered the hot honey sandwich and I opened it and took a bite there was the paper that the bacon was on it still attached I even took pictures of it I don't know if this was just a sick joke but that's nasty i didnt know if anything else was wrong with it i just threw it away .I tried calling them repeatedly no one answered no wonder why the girl looked at me the way she did when handing me it I will never go there again no thank you
