I had order a mobile order in the drive thru at 9:17 pm. Something simple just the 5$ meal. I order alot from this store but usually during the day . Well last night i waited in the drive thru for 45 mins for that along with 12 other cars. After sitting there for 20 mons me and my friend decide to call to ask if everything is okay bc usually the would go on mic and let someone know that there is a wait bc of a issue and that would have been fine but NOTHING. So my friend called in very nice and sweet and asked if everything is okay and are they okay , bc that’s unusual for a restaurant to make you sit in the drive thru for so long with no “ hey itll be a wait” or anything. The lady then put my friend on hold without answering. VERYYYYY RUDE! After 15 more mins the person in front of us got served at the speaker and the other person at the speaker as well . We pulled up to the speaker after and sat there for another 10 mins before anyone said ANYTHING. Then when we get to the window, all the employees are arguing , they dont know what order is at the window , we have multiple people asking what our order is , one after another bc why THERES NO COMMUNICATION! Then have a hassle about a damn honey mustard and look at my friend like there was a issue. WHEN I TELL YOU CORP CAN CALL ME OR EMAIL ME BC THIS IS REALLY CRAZY !!! I have videos and pictures as well.might i asd while sitting at the drive thru window you can hear people in the background mocking that we called in concerned!

This establishment had me waiting outside in the parking lot for the drive-through for over 15 minutes. Call the store and they immediately put me on hold when I asked them if everything was OK if everything was OK because we’ve been sitting out here for 15 minutes and there’s almost 15 cars. Both me and my friend called and they keep putting us on hold

Came here with my mom. We ordered and watched as they kept up with the drive thru, but not with the people who came in to order. There were people who came in 5/10 minutes after us and got their food before we did.. Also watched a lady clean, not wash her hands and contaminate food bags and peoples orders. Will not be coming here again.

They are very slow and they don’t take the drive thru cars in order. You wait on line for over 20mins for calls food. Fries are suppose to HOT!

How in the world of Fast Food is this place not been shut down!!
Why does corporate NEVER act on the complaints from customers?.
This is absolutely the #1 WORST MCDONALD'S I HAVE BEEN TO FROM HAWAII TO FLORIDA TO NEW YORK TO OREGON. This store has the most ignorant, rude, disgusting employees. The store is trash and none of them could care less.
This store needs to be torn down, all employees fired and then start over with workers who atleast half care‼️‼️‼️‼️

They says no frappe even if they have it, it is because they are lazy and the Frappe are on the deal. It so so sad and bad on McDonlads, how come they don't have it when it is on deal and they attract costumers for it and it always the case not once or twice.

I am not one to leave these types of reviews but I hope someone from the company reads this & realizes that people spend their hard earned money here, just to be treated so poorly. & McDonald’s isn’t cheap anymore! It was a Saturday so I get it if it’s busy, which i wasn’t even bothered by the wait.
I placed a mobile order for pickup and then ordered 4 mini McFlurrys separately. After paying for the McFlurrys, I asked the woman in the first window if I could PAY for bbq sauce. Literally just 27cents, which I had exact change. She didn’t respond or give me any eye contact after I asked. So I just stood in my car, money in my hand, staring like an idiot. She just stopped what she was doing to look up at the wall, breathe heavily & roll her eyes. Then turned to look at me like if my question was a personal attack. As if I asked her something that required her to physically DO something.
I live in NYC so I’m use to the hustle and bustle but I have never had someone look at me the way this one woman did. I wish I got her name. I stayed polite because I believe in killing with kindness & everyone having bad days, but this woman was just so damn miserable! She also made me wait because something happened when checking me out for the sauce, which I didn’t even get!
The two people who gave us our food at the second window were nice but I’m unsure how they’re able to work with such toxic people.

The One Manager Thats short walking around with a Blue Shirt IS RUDEE ! Yells at Peoples Kids Walks Around On The Phone ' Using the Bathroom Not washing her hands then trying to Bag Up Peoples Food ' HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE DOESNT NEED TO BE MANAGER SHE NEEDS CREW MEMBER TRAINING ! Pull up to the drive thru 40 mins before closing... car ahead of me placed their order and pulled forward and I then pulled up to the intercom and waited for a response... after about 5 minutes I called out to see if maybe they forgot I was there... no response... a line formed behind me as I waited patiently... 20 additional minutes went by and I called out again to ask if they were still open... again no response... I pulled up to the window and knocked when I was greeted by an angry woman who barked at me that they were closed although there was still 15 minutes before their posted hours and I had been there for 25 mins already... absolute garbage, DO NOT GO HERE

I literally waited over 10 minutes in the drive-through without when you want even acknowledging me or the other car waiting at the other machine, no one even said just one moment or anything, and there was no one even being helped at the window. This happened at the other McDonald’s in Latham as well. I don’t know what’s going on with McDonald’s but the customer service is completely killing this company and I remember McDonald’s workers made pretty good money.
