understaffed & leaves one person to work drive through at the very last hour. waited in drive through for 50 minutes for an online order. line wrapped around the store. ridiculous.
Couldn't hardly understand what they were saying on the ordering speaker. Never said a word to us when we arrived at the window and our steak bagels had no meat what so ever on it. No receipt given so can't even complain to corporate about it.

The Drive Thru is ALWAYS madness. I think I sat here for 15 minutes waiting for just to have my order taken. I know others in line were just as bothered. What is the reason for this line.

This place has a staff that doesn’t pay attention too the customers that are standing rite in front of them . The orders take a super long time to get ready and so many kids in here .. Super annoying to come to to be honest !

The person taking our order automatically had an attitude making me and my family feel like she was unhappy to serve us as paying customers and unhappy to be doing the job that she is being paid to perform. Once we received the food, some of our order was wrong and part of it wasn't even there. After we had to turn our car around to go back to the drive through on a very late long night, we very nicely asked them for the nuggets we were missing. Workers started refusing that they had made a mistake and making us feel like fools and we missed the nuggets that they had put in the bag. Your workers could not admit when they were wrong. When we asked to speak to your night shift manager on 12/15/24, she complained that they were closing so she didn’t want to serve us the food we paid for. Workers asked for our bag and receipt not believing us. The manager gave us a lot of attitude making us pull to the next window telling us we would wait for atleast 8 minutes prior to slamming the window in our faces. Very rude, never coming back again. You need to think about who you hire better.

Terrible costumer service. We got the wrong mc crispy no biggie I’ll eat it anyways. We also didn’t receive our chicken nuggets, so we pull back around the drive through to ask for our chicken nuggets. Lady at the window accuses us of lying we give them the receipt and the bag, the manager (closing shift 12/15/24) was extremely rude and gave us a nasty attitude about it. Horrible experience I know you are miserable but don’t be rude because you can’t do your job correctly. Sad excuse for a manager, and it reflects on the employees there.

I asked for two water cups “courtesy”. She said she doesn’t want to give water cups. When water has always been free. She wanted to charge for cups for water. I asked for her name and she doesn’t want to give it to me. She is a manager she should know policies, abuse of power. I emailed customer service and will be calling tomorrow. Then she threatened to call the cops and asked us to leave and my children were all scared and it became traumatizing for them
I’ve arrived 15-20 minutes before they close and there were other cars too at the drive thru.First, they made me wait 15 minutes and then they got my order but they didn’t even ask what drink I wanted. I went the second window because that’s what they asked for but nobody showed up. If you guys are closing earlier than your usual time, PUT A SIGN OR SAY SOMETHING! You can’t just waste people’s time without saying anything!

Would give it 0 stars if I could, found a recipe in the bottom of my McFlurry in a paper cup!
Way overpriced. Almost 15 dollars for a deluxe meal that came with cold fries and a sloppy burger. I’m not happy at all with this location ?
