This is a great spot for a quick breakfast at a great price point. I've come a few times in the last year I've been in the area. Food is very tasty and fresh. My only minor complaint is the portion sizes for the French toast specials are a bit small.

Food was okay. Fruit for pancakes and fruit cups are frozen fruit. Not fresh. Our server was quick but not friendly. Didn't even introduce herself. Food did come out very quickly. And heads up, they don't take card. It's 2025 time to upgrade.. I probably won't be back again.

Best place to eat with the best people!

I absolutely love this place! The food, people, and prices are fantastic. The sausage is a highlight—it’s juicy and tastes great, though I hope they don’t overcook it too much. The cooks are super friendly, and the prices are fair. Highly recommend!

Excellent food and service.

Carrie was wonderful...Great breakfast sandwich, and my way was perfectly prepared and served.

The On the Hill Burger and fries were delicious. We got stranded at the table though and had to wait quite awhile to get our bill and didn't get any refills...but I think management had our waitress doing close-up tasks instead of taking care of their customers. BTW this place is cash only but they have an ATM if needed. We'll definitely be going back. Hopefully we'll get better service next time.

Great staff, great food. The cook with the glasses is a damned talented, and genuinely funny dude. And my interactions with my server Vannah, was genuinely the best part of my day.
There was some older gentleman (the proprietor I believe) stalking around the register and talking down to the employees. Other than his painfully unimpressive jokes, his dismissive attitude, and his overall self important demeanor, the rest of my experience at On The Hill Cafe was absolutely delightful. Great food, great prices, great staff, just ignore the sour old curmudgeon standing by with an undeserved yet obviously practiced and rehearsed air of self importance, as he belittles his staff while constantly glancing around, to see if his customers think he's as funny, as he's convinced himself, he really is.

We were on a vacation and happened to see good reviews, so we dropped by. Lots of locals go here, but you'll be able to tell why when you visit. Absolutely amazing food and service! They only take cash, just as a heads up.

I love the food and the service! I go every Saturday
My husband loves the sour dough bread. Steve and Dawn, the owners are there cooking and knowing their customers. I love my banana nut pancakes. This is a must go place for home cooked food.
