Hidden charm of Watervliet. Great food! I've been ordering from here for over 20 years now and never have had a bad meal. I go out of my way to order and drive here although I live in a different town with plenty of pizza places. Most recently I've tried different calzone options and they are all delicious! Good ingredients, large portions, baked perfectly. In the past I've eaten multiple great pizzas and wings, but those calzones are the best!!! 5 stars for the food! Only giving 4/5 stars because the outside of the business has not been painted or improved in the last 20 years. Looks very rough on the outside and if I didnt know already their food is fantastic I wouldn't try them or walk inside. Invest in a coat of paint and please add one chair inside. If I show up a few minutes early I have to stand there or go back out to my car to sit and both options are painful to me. I have bad hips so walking and standing are issues and I hurt either way. A chair would be greatly appreciated by your disabled customers. Thank you and good luck!!

Ordered a Philly with onions American cheese .Well I got an onion sandwich. Horrible. The meat that was slightly there was bland and rubbery. Please don't ever order from this place. Never in my life. Yelp made me give the one star. I rate them a ZERO

I remember they used to have one of the best chicken wings in the area. It could be my memorys off and they weren't as good as I thought they were before but.... After ordering a large pepperoni pizza and 20 wings, I was unhappy with the entire order. The pizza was so greasy it resulted in the center of the pizza becoming almost soggy, and the wings were not even close to what I remember. They were wet and not crispy despite requesting extra extra crispy and the sauce was straight hot sauce poured into the takeout container. After everything I was extremely disappointed.

Ordered take out, order was wrong so we called to have them correct their mistake. They actually made us return the food they made the mistake on!! I pretty sure the health department would frown about that. In addition the person on the phone tried to justify the mistake, VERY annoying, we spent almost $100 dollars at this establishment! There are too many other places that offer similar food with better customer service! Look elsewhere!

Rusty's original garlic parm boneless wings are the best I've ever had anywhere, and I am very particular about my wings! When I lived and worked in the area, it was a wonderful day when someone in the office yelled, "Who wants to order from Rusty's?" We scrambled to get our orders in, and when the food arrived, we couldn't grab our bag and dig in fast enough. If you're on the snobby side, expecting ambience and phony royal treatment, you might pass up Rusty's, but you're going to miss out on the best fast food around. Just get over yourself, order and pick up your food, and dig in. And don't forget to leave a nice tip -- they work hard and deserve it!
