Ordered two sandwiches online on the app Italian herbs and cheese and regular Italian bread they put what was supposed to be on the Italian bread onto the Italian herbs and cheese bread and what was supposed to be on the Italian herbs and cheese bread onto the Italian bread I’m calling the store I get no answer 😂 what’s worst there is no customer service number I want my money back this is unacceptable can’t even enjoy what I wanted

This a clip-joint Subway and here is why...
About a month ago I asked for a regular turkey sub and was charged extra for meat that I did not order or receive. I said nothing, but just yeasterday went to same Subway and was told by Manager/owner to use my card with the chip scan. Well I was automatcally charged .86 cents tip. She then hurriedly stuffed my receipt in my bag before the sandwich, and I pulled it out and told her I did not select or authorize the charge for a tip. She said "we have nothing to do with it," but I said "somehow the scanning of my card is automatically adding on a tip and this has never happened before." I usually insert my card, but she suggested that I use the chip scanner and that is how a tip was added. I will not be back EVER to this Subway again!!

PS Lately ALL Subway Breads are bit hard. Must be low turnover. Subs are just ok, but for a quick bite tolerable.

Every time !! I go at different times , every time to see if their bread will be harder than the last time and it does. Always HARD i always have to halfway enjoy my sandwich, the ladies there are very rude and i feel like they run away the new hires , every time i go in it's ALWAYS a new employee. Who's making the bread ? Why are they not consistent on making bread ? Literally stale hard bread that hurts my gums. Annoyed.

Ordered quite a large order of sub combos for delivery. Combo comes with chips and soda. Did not get the soda. Called Watervliet subway and was told that I would have to go to the store to get the sodas. I ordered delivery for a reason. Was then told to call the delivery person which was futile. No one wants to accept responsibility . Be very careful if you order delivery to check to make sure you got everything.

I paid for a ft long pretzel along with my 2 subs n I get to work n find out they never gave me my pretzel ? tried calling them n they never answered there phones called 10 times. This is unfair because I paid for it but never got it.

Ordered a tuna sub 2 scoops of tuna and schmeared across the bread12 and change when I went to pay she said we take tipsSince when do we have to tip for takeout food. I said no I'm good got the sub literally thrown in my face. I'm done for good. I'll support a small business not a billion dollar chain.

Placed a order her in my app just to get there to pick up and find out they do not honor coupons so even though I purchase the FLBOGO buy one get one it was a wasted trip and money because I was expecting to use the promo as I have done at other locations. The worker were apologizing but my argument was how did the app allow me to place the order. Then you get your sub just to find out they fixed it how they wanted. On top of that you got beggars soliciting at the door. Definitely won't return to this location on mobile order or walk in. Smh ..do better subway.

When i asked the young man for a couple extra tomatoes on a very thin half veggie sub he refused to and his demeanor was beyond horrible. He made it very clear that my skin color and my money wasn't welcomed there.
