We ordered 3 chicken sandwiches going through the drive threw and ended up only getting 2 and when we got home with our food obviously my wife was upset knowing she had to go back and get the rest of our food...not happy

I have nothing but praise for the people at this location, but it's currently 2:48AM in Ithaca.
I have driven to Watkins Glen three times over the past week for work. Three times I have gambled on BK because it was late and I needed something quick. Three times, my order was hot and ready in less than five minutes. Fries were consistently crispy and fresh. Burgers were hot. But three times in a row, from this location, I got food poisoning! I'm talkin'...

What can I say! Coming from NYC, I’ve never had a burger that tasted this fresh. I’m so glad we stopped here after visiting the state park — it was absolutely worth the calories, lol!
