This location seems to be consistently understaffed. The indoor area will randomly be closed in the morning with a sign on the door saying they don't have enough staff. There's usually a note to use the app and they will bring the order out to you (or use the drive through). But they have also now turned off the ability to order through the app for this location. I stood in line for almost 4 minutes and wasn't greeted and my presence in the store unacknowledged.A staff member had just come out of the women's bathroom, and her hair was not put up neatly. It was flowing freely and was longer than shoulder length and looked greasy/unclean. It looked sloppy. I love that out tiny town has a Dunkin’ but it’s so inconsistent. I don’t think I have ever had an order come back correct. Today I ordered an iced vanilla coffee with cream and sugar and vanilla shot not the swirl. I got a black coffee with vanilla shot so I handed it back and asked for cream. When she went to hand it back to me I asked does it have sugar she replied yes. Shocker…it had no sugar.
