The menu choices are limited, but healthier than a lot of the area restaurants. I enjoyed the chili Lime fish tacos and he had the salmon, both were good. We had a small dog and they were very welcoming on the patio. Gorgeous view.
Food prepared right utilizing local ingredients where possible. Everything was cooked as ordered. The service was excellent it was a huge improvement from past years. We can't wait to go back again.
We stopped by the Bistro after a full day of hiking at Watkins Glen. It came highly recommended by some local residents who were on the trails as well. It was a stunning setting with a view of Lake Seneca while sitting out to dine on the back deck. My husband sampled a beer flight while I enjoyed a flight of bubbly drink varieties & they were all very tasty🍻🥂 Our waitress Brenna was delightful and so helpful with suggestions. We ended up sharing a Chicken Pesto flatbread...
