Always time for ice cream enjoy taking grandson. They have nice tables under trees so good shade to sit and eat. Quick service

Best soft serve around! Grew up in Rochester and now back visiting with my kids. Abbott’s is as amazing as I remember. If you are in town and have kids you should definitely give this classic frozen treat stand a try.

Abbotts custard stand tall when compared to other ice cream shops. Superior quality, superb taste, and a real treat. Prices here as the other shops are very high.

I have been here may times over the years. Abbotts custard is the bomb! Delicious, rich and smooth. Love it! The young staff they hire is polite and helpful and they make you feel like they are happy you are there. They hire great staff. Highly recommend!

I take my kids here often because it’s 10 mins away from my house and I love chocolate almond ice cream .. however, I think I’ll start going to the Monroe Ave location because it seems like every-time my 2 sons and I go… the workers seem to be in an unpleasant mood. :/ we aren’t difficult customers.. I always order a kiddie chocolate almond ice cream , my son gets a regular strawberry icecream and my other son gets a banana milkshake.. ??‍♀️

I NEVER said I went today and yes I am speaking of the Webster location on Empire
Blvd. I’m glad you receive positive feedback from customers about your staff and I wish I were able to leave positive feedback about your staff from my encounters but I can’t. And Im only speaking about the workers that assisted us… The last time we went to this location was on 8/11/2024.
