Had the bang bang shrimp tacos from the food truck, with a mango salsa inside and they were very delicious. A few things I would change to make it better at holding up.. the tortillas were obviously not warmed which was a surprise upon picking the taco up. After the first bite it started to rip because it was cold. Also, when adding the slaw to the taco, you shouldn't get so much of the slaw dressing in there.. it all ran out and pooled into the food tray... the amount...
Delicious carnitas poblano tacos from Bay Vista Taqueria food truck at Pittsford music festival today. Accommodated gluten free too & absolutely the Best taco ever! I bought 4 to take home for tomorrow.
