BJ had a promotion for $10 loaded to your cart if you buy 3 items of a certain group. I bought 3 items on July 23, and the promotion stated on the food label that it would load on my card on August 1. I went shopping on August 9, and no $10 was loaded onto my BJs card. I talked with one of the assistant managers, a lady, and she explained that I had to use the $10 by August 7. They put that condition in the small print under the food label, so I did not see it. I am disappointed that BJs are using these greedy corporate tricks. Why would you put the management put an expiration date and just a week to utilize these $10. And secondly, why is this major condition of the offer in the small print? Greedy corporate tricks. I do not like it.

For starters: it's really not much - if any - less expensive than where we already shop. Glad we didn't drop $55 on a membership, because there no way we would have saved that much. But beyond that...during our most recent visit, we encountered several people who weren't bothering to wear masks. When we asked store employees about this, they just shrugged and said "it's a store request but we can't do anything about it". Well, I can do something about it - I can choose not to shop there again. And that's just what I've done.

This location is the best that they have in my opinion. Very convenient being right in the village of Webster. BJs Wholesale Club is a great way to save money on groceries, clothing and electronic needs. Buying in bulk can really save you a lot of money. Take advantage of bjs 50% annual membership discounts as you see them because this is one with lots of benefits that you should add to the list. BJs also offers a cheaper gas options for its members making this the perfect daily money saving spot. Store is super big, giving you a variety of different options for anything you can think of. Keep very clean for its size and the employees are always so friendly and eager to help. This location also services your tire needs so stop in and give them a try.
