This is a small, unassuming bistro in Webster, New York. I have had three business dinners here after discovering Brimont Bistro just this year. Each time my guests have praised the food and the service. My grandfather was a chef at some of the best clubs in Rochester in the 1950's. I grew up with that kind of culinary delight. In my opinion, and taste is by definition an opinion, the food here is among the very best in Rochester.

I had the Turkey bacon Ranch wrap with Mac salad on the side. It was so full of flavor and you can tell it was made with fresh ingredients. It was so good it went back later in the week for a lunch meeting. Greg was awesome and very attentive to our every need.
Great Birthday dinner for my Mom. She loved the salmon and the risotto underneath was amazing. I had a chicken Caesar wrap and mac salad. Sounds simple, but the flavor was amazing! My sister had Chicken french, huge portion, and they did not skimp on the sauce! Great food, awesome waitress, lots of laughs with the family!
Dietary restrictions: Chef was open to make changes to the menu to accommodate!
Sat outside on one of the last days the weather allowed this fall. Good food great service by very engaging owner. I would return for sure.

Thursday evening, only a couple other customers. Our group of four had hamburgers, the meatloaf special, and the salmon entree. The food was great, server Devon was great. Prices were moderate, including the bottle of California Pinot Noir.
