Ice cream is okay but pricey compared to other ice cream place. I came here on Saturday around 3-4pm and stayed in line for about 5 minutes waiting for ordering. I got 3 scoops with 3 different flavors: caramel apple, Boston cream, cheese. I barely tasted other 2 flavors, only the apple stand out. And the cup was no bigger than 2 scoops cup compared to other ice cream shop, possibly smaller. The parking lot is tiny and can’t fit more than 10 cars or so.

I love the Irondequoit Brusters and went to the Webster location the other day got done paying and this blonde girl starts YELLING my order. I pick it up say thanks and the girl then says “you could at least say thank you” and slams the side window. I don’t know if you’re going deaf from yelling out peoples orders. Or just didn’t hear me but then proceeded to talk crap to another male employee. Went around 9:30 last night. Horrible customer service.

Wasn't thrilled since because I asked for a waffle cone with two vanilla scoops..instead I got two vanilla scoops with a normal cone..so the girl had to ask to give me a waffle cone. Which she did by its self. Should gone to two scoops. This would never happen..I get they were busy and I don't get how only 2 scoopers which caused a huge lines to wait for peoples ice cream

For being home made it contains a significant amount of chemicals and toxic ingredients. Kinda sad

Great little place for locally made ice cream! Plenty of things to choose from. Pricing is very reasonable.

Great place to spend some time on a warm evening with family and friends. The unique and changing flavors gives you something new to look forward to each visit. You can tell if you ever get the chance to talk to the owner that she loves her work and cares about her staff.

I initially gave to store 4 stars feeling the prices were a bit high. After reconsidering I decided they do still feel high however, so does everything else lately. Maybe I'm just cheap......hmmm.

Bruster's had been my favorite ice cream since they opened in Webster. The flavors are amazing, especially anything butter fisher bars. Add peanut butter and you have perfection. Always a treat.

They let me order a handful of pints and quarts close to closing. The ice is already top notch, but the friendly staff will always keep me coming back.
