Delicious ice cream ! The evening we went was very cold, snowing and windy and the girl who took our order, actually put a portable heater outside the window to keep us warm while we waited at the window for our order !! Thank you for your kindness - you went above and beyond 🙂

Superior ice cream. So many choices it is so hard to choose. I had three scoops, coffee, salted caramel and key lime pie. All were fantastic. Glad I don’t live close as I would be there daily🥰

Brewster's has excellent ice cream. Their hot fudge sauce is really good too. All the staff have been friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

They rarely have my favorite rum raisin.

By far some of the best smoothest ice cream flavors I’ve ever had it became a sweet treat during hot summer days at work and the portions are worth the price and to me the prices are absolutely worth every bite

Ice cream is okay but pricey compared to other ice cream place. I came here on Saturday around 3-4pm and stayed in line for about 5 minutes waiting for ordering. I got 3 scoops with 3 different flavors: caramel apple, Boston cream, cheese. I barely tasted other 2 flavors, only the apple stand out. And the cup was no bigger than 2 scoops cup compared to other ice cream shop, possibly smaller. The parking lot is tiny and can’t fit more than 10 cars or so.

Great selection of ice cream, of course!

I love the Irondequoit Brusters and went to the Webster location the other day got done paying and this blonde girl starts YELLING my order. I pick it up say thanks and the girl then says “you could at least say thank you” and slams the side window. I don’t know if you’re going deaf from yelling out peoples orders. Or just didn’t hear me but then proceeded to talk crap to another male employee. Went around 9:30 last night. Horrible customer service.

Wasn't thrilled since because I asked for a waffle cone with two vanilla scoops..instead I got two vanilla scoops with a normal cone..so the girl had to ask to give me a waffle cone. Which she did by its self. Should gone to two scoops. This would never happen..I get they were busy and I don't get how only 2 scoopers which caused a huge lines to wait for peoples ice cream
