hire more people! people are trying to get chipotle on their lunch break while there’s a line out the door! it takes selling like 5 entrees to pay a worked for 4 hours. corporate greed makes me mad.

Completely awful for mobile orders. We ordered two burritos and it took an hour after the order was put in to get them. Plus once we did get them my wife’s order had chicken instead of sofritas. I get that it’s fast food but the trash was overflowing, and nothing anywhere looked clean.

If Kristi didn’t show up, this place would be closed! Working alone, PILES of dishes, garbage overflowing, and working ALONE! She works like 3 people…and it shows bc she’s hustling through the line alone at 9pm on a Tuesday. Hopefully she gets paid for her ambition. Said the owners’ not here and makes their employees pick up the slack alone. Hopefully they give her the option to close at 8pm like the empire place so they can clean. Out of a lot of items. Ridiculous they stay open with no food.

Found this piece of wood in my bowl 9/15/25 contacted service now by email they offered just a refund for that bowl or free entrees completely unacceptable this is obviously a Food safety incident free entrees or 25$ gift card isn’t gonna cut it will be calling corporate again because they don’t answer by email smh don’t think this is being taken seriously as it should be still haven’t got info on what it is or where it came from. this definitely needs more attention I’ll understand if it was hair and then yea a refund on that bowl or free entrees but I could have cut my throat or worse as it was in my mouth smh ….

It took me until last week to try Chipoltle for the first time ever. Was always against giving it a chance due to the e.coli issue they had YEARS ago. Well, a coworker convinced me to order with her last week, and I went in to order. I encountered Kristy at the ordering line and she was literally awesome. Explained how everything works and encouraged me to try some options. She was right! What she suggested was delicious. So much so that because of her suggestions and how good they were and how great her customer service was , I decided would try them again. Yet again I had the pleasure of getting helped by Kristy and all I can say is she is consistent each time with quality customer service. As someone who owns a small business in this town I can appreciate good customer service and will be continuing to visit this establishment now, thanks to her.

Been coming here for a long time, in the last year the quality has gone down drastically. The restaurant is always filth. Just a big disappointment all around.

** The store manager went out of her way to make it right on a return trip. People make all the difference.

I placed an online order for pickup. They had run out of straws and utensils. When I asked for more, the cashier shrugged and said she had other customers to take care of. The quesadilla meals for my young kids were just heaped into a bowl, so they must’ve been out of kids containers too. Also had to go back to ask for the juice boxes that they left out of our order. My son had wanted to eat there, but it was loud, chaotic, and the tables were a mess, not to mention the lack of utensils. So we had to leave and take our meal home. Very disappointing overall.

Best location in the area. Visited 3 others before this one and two were out of everything and the third the employee stated they closed early to catch up🤷.. we was to the point of just saying nevermind, we won't have chipotle tonight but deceided to try one more and so happy we did . The food was amazing the store was clean and the team members Kristi, Mekhila and Jose were amazing, they made our night!!! Thank you three for being awesome and making our night a success!!!

The other night I went in and they were super short handed, there were two employees running the whole show and they did an absolutely amazing job! I believe their names were Kristi and Nick and I couldn't thank them enough. What could have been a terrible experience was incredible and I can’t give those two enough credit for how great of a job they did, not just for me either, they were slammed and they put so much effort into making sure everyone had what they had ordered and that it was accurate and they kept the whole place running smoothly! Thank you both so much again!!

Every time I go to Chipotle there's a problem. I vow to never go back, and then my kids beg me... and we go back. So: I'm the problem, it's me. I won't order online anymore bc I've had to wait a min. of 20 min up to an hour for my food. Every time I've been there in the last few months something is missing, or there is an overcharge. *I would suggest to management - when you have a fundraiser try to get more employees and make sure you have enough food. Try to prepare in advance. Last night I went in at 7:45 pm, the kids (employees) appeared frazzled/disgruntled/overworked. I ordered two steak bowls, when they are almost made I find out: there is no corn or lettuce. It would have been nice to know this before I started my order. (How can a restaurant that sells salads not have lettuce?) I get home to see I was charged extra for queso, but no break of course for not having other ingredients. I also got charged for chicken quesadilla and it was plain cheese quesadilla. There is nobody to complain to after the fact, nobody cares. If you are in a hurry or if accuracy is an issue, then don't go to chipotle on hold rd. Check your receipts while you are still in the store.
