Every time I go to Chipotle there's a problem. I vow to never go back, and then my kids beg me... and we go back. So: I'm the problem, it's me. I won't order online anymore bc I've had to wait a min. of 20 min up to an hour for my food. Every time I've been there in the last few months something is missing, or there is an overcharge. *I would suggest to management - when you have a fundraiser try to get more employees and make sure you have enough food. Try to prepare in advance. Last night I went in at 7:45 pm, the kids (employees) appeared frazzled/disgruntled/overworked. I ordered two steak bowls, when they are almost made I find out: there is no corn or lettuce. It would have been nice to know this before I started my order. (How can a restaurant that sells salads not have lettuce?) I get home to see I was charged extra for queso, but no break of course for not having other ingredients. I also got charged for chicken quesadilla and it was plain cheese quesadilla. There is nobody to complain to after the fact, nobody cares. If you are in a hurry or if accuracy is an issue, then don't go to chipotle on hold rd. Check your receipts while you are still in the store.

When i go in the store my experience is okay, the employees are usually quick and I don't have issues. Every time I order for pick up or delivery they absolutely botch the order. Terrible food quality, it's like they actively give you the leftovers or the undesirable pieces of meat. I've even order double portion before and gotten what appeared to be less than when I go in the store. The memes about not ordering mobile for chipotle is 100% true with this place. Last mobile order i did was a pick up and it was terrible. My fiancé just ordered delivery and of course it was crunchy cold rice, meat is just a hard blob of beef wrapped in fat.

This chipotle location SUCKS! Every time I do a mobile order, they completely screw up my bowl. I ask for steak, they give me brisket. I ask for fajita veggies, they put tiny bits of peppers on my bowl. I could go on and on. Today, I decided to go in person since their mobile ordering is terrible and i got a bowl and chips with guacamole. I had a “free entree” coupon and scanned it at checkout. My total was still $18.14. I asked the girl if my coupon went through and she said yes. i asked her how it could still be $18.14 if i had a free entree and she goes “you scanned it and it used the points”. She made ZERO sense and failed to recognize that i had the coupon.. so instead of getting my free meal, i had to pay $18. ridiculous.

absolutely ridiculous, i come to this location ALL the time. I come in they’re out of multiple things, which seems to be a constant thing lately, brunette girl and young boy flirting in the lime, holding hands and talking while ignoring customers who are literally waiting for their food, small girl with glasses taking ordered (who was absolutely lovely) just simple shitty customer service and professional from this location- just go to empire.

Absolutely the worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to. Very dirty. Drink area is a disaster, counter where they prepare the food and check you out look like they haven’t been wiped down all day. Constantly out at least one ingredient. Food is ice cold and staff is 50/50 on being friendly. Three times, I’ve gone now thinking, “Maybe it’s a bad day”, and 3 massive disasters. I’ll take the drive to the other location from now on. Done with this one.

Where do I start… this chipotle has good food! But, the lack of professionalism in customer service sucks, just sucks. They have been having multiple “late openings due to delay” and now they’re not taking orders! Just online orders 🙄😧 I literally saw customers sitting at a table on their phones making an online order! And! I saw food that was previously thrown into the burrito making space! Just ugh. That’s not even the worst! When I was there I encountered a VERY RUDE young woman (I don’t know her name). I stood there, waiting to order when she said “only online orders” I asked “why?” She goes “because there are only two of us working bruh” who calls a woman who’s older than you “bruh?” Just rude. These people have no lack of understanding! Whenever they are open however, the food is mostly always really good.

I watched 6 people turn back around because the store is closed at 8:47pm and is supposed to be open until 10pm. Why is it closed 2 hours early???

10/20/21: The redhead was working ? like a maniac. The counter gal ??? worked hard too, but she did not change her gloves after handling ? ? ? meat & then the register, & then my vegetarian meals. That was upsetting. She said there were down 3 workers. The line was long.
