To whom this may concern, I just recently wrote on your reviews page, and the only thing I understood was the pre pay over the phone and on the website policy. I feel a little slighted by this message because it was very belittling and very condescending. Don’t act as if you don’t know what I mean by others.It gave off that you were being very belligerent off certain comments I’ve made. At the end of the day you can protect your company, but you were not there in the store and you will not invalidate my feelings on how those girls made me feel that day you weren’t there so you will not tell me how to feel or what I should feel like trust me I have no other complaints. Other man, tell your coworkers and yourself to take an account Other man, tell your coworkers and yourself to take an accountability or Evaluate more. But of course you won’t.I will never come back. Thank you.

I’m sorry but based off the first time experience, i had was not so pleasant. I ordered over the phone. They made me prepay before I even got there. The young girls came off as if I came in with an attitude. I was so friendly. They were very rude to me. I’m sure I know why. I guess they don’t see ppl like ME everyday. I’ll never go back there. AndI’ll be sure to warn OTHERS to tread carefully. The ice cream waffle was good tho.

They had 0 caramel apples when we went to visit. I don't think this place actually stocks this item even though they claim to be a Rocky mountain candy factory.

Place sucks. The manager is rude and completely unprofessional. The ice cream was way too icy. I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be coming back.....

If you order ahead and don’t pick up at the time they say they’ll get annoyed with you. I placed an order on line it said it would be ready in a few minutes when I came in the owner (I think?)was training someone, I asked about my order he said it would be ready in a minute I saw him give the receipt to another girl so she could start it, I politely told him I had to go and would be back he told me again it would be ready in a few minutes but I had to leave, I came back a couple hours later and I could tell the owner was annoyed with me as soon as I came in he said”I told you it was only going to be a few minutes you couldn’t wait like 5 minutes?” I laughed it off thinking he was joking but he seemed actually mad, mind you this was about 30 minutes before closing so I don’t see why he would be so upset about it , he handed me the order I looked in the bag and asked could I get 3 spoons he said “aren’t there spoons in the bag?” And I said no he looked at his employee as if he thought I was lying the employee just handed me the spoons, the whole situation was weird and uncomfortable I don’t know what his problem was the employee was nice but I didn’t like the managers attitude I couldn’t even enjoy my ice cream a disappointing experience.

Website shows they still carry the caramel apples but drove 15 mins to find they don't carry them. Very confused they dont carry what the website shows. Wasted trip.

I hope the owner reads this review. The employees are EXCELLENT!!!!. they always have a smile on their face and are willing to answer any question a customer asked. They look like they truly enjoy working there. You should be proud. The product is fantastic too

Ordered a birthday cake from here. When we went to pick it up, the young girl working was very friendly. We decided to get ice cream and shakes and she was very helpful in helping us make decisions. They also sell chocolate which looked amazing!
Cold Stone Creamery is our favorite for birthday cakes and other celebratory events. The ice cream cake creations are always fresh and customized according to your preferences. The owner is very attentive and customer friendly. It is evident that he wants his customers to have a positive experience. He even gives my dog a “Doggie Sundae” free of charge that consists of low sugar vanilla cream, peanut butter topping and topped with a Milk bone! Great place!!
