Did a tour with our Girl Scout troop and we had a fantastic time! Would recommend for any groups wanting to learn more about ice cream and entrepreneurship! Lanny was friendly, accommodating and made the tour fun! Not to mention- the ice cream is some of the best in the area!

I’m so thankful for Coldstone they made accommodations for my situation and went the extra mile to help . They give consistently good service and great food would recommend 10/10 if your craving ice cream go there thank you Coldstone !

My family loves cold stone ice cream, but unfortunately this location isn’t great. This location is often staffed with rude teenage girls and they forget the waffle bowl (especially in door dash orders) almost 100% of the time.

This place is a complete disaster! I ordered a cake for the bridal shower and was given much smaller size. When I called back to make them aware of the error, the manager wasn’t available. Since then, I called at least 5 times and left numerous messages! No call back, no apologies for nearly ruining our party and NO REFUND!

Giving them a one doesn’t even feel right, I wait so long in line to have my strawberry banana smoothie made wrong and they put blueberry in it like I was dumb and wouldn’t be able to taste it instead of correcting their mistake right off the bat. But I give this place another try, they I guess cannot make smoothies…here’s a photo to follow. And um their chocolate is rock hard solid almost broke a tooth crazy! They use to be good I don’t know what happened. But staff was nice.
