My son's burger had a soggy bun and was piping hot like it had been put in the microwave and for way too long. I thought he was being dramatic saying it was so hot it was burning his hands through the wrapper, but he was not wrong! Overpriced, inedible food.

I ordered a chocolate dipped cone during this frigid winter night and I was hoping to hold it in my hand like I was 5 year old child again. AND YOU KNOW WHAT THEY DID. THEY SMASHED IT INTO A STUPID LITTLE TAKEAWAY CUP. Now I won't be able to relive my childhood dream of eating a tasty DQ Cone BECAUSE OF THESE BEASTS but other food is great I'm about to chow down on my cheese curds.😋

Amazing service. I was angry about something that happened (not at your establishment) and I knew I was 10x angrier because I was hungry. I was across the road and decided to go get something to eat at Dairy Queen. The food was surprisingly hot but the main reason for the review is because of the amazing customer service. I went to pay and (sorry for assuming someone gender) the girl working on the window (dark hair supper friendly) told me about a deal. How I ordered my food I guess there was a meal deal and it saved me a few dollars and I got a free drink with the deal. I just asked for a water and she gave me a water bottle and told me if you don’t drink it it’s nice to have in the car. The whole interaction was very genuine. She went above and beyond and it made me happy. She has phenomenal customer interactions. Sorry I didn’t get your name but thanks for going out of your way for just a customer.
The blizzards are so delicious but the prices have gone up so much in recent years that they are a rare treat. I audibly gasped when I saw the price for a small blizzard this past month.

We arrived around 8pm on a Sunday evening. The place was almost empty. We had 2 orders of dipped in BBQ sauce. They were so bad we couldn't eat them! The BBQ sauce tasted off. The ice cream was fine. But the dining area had a lot of tables that looked clean but were sticky, some of the seat cushions were sticky, and the placed smelled like it had cleaned the floors with a sour mop! Yucky! So overall, a bad experience.

I used to go there a lot with my dog. In the outside area. During the day. This time late. We were a group of 4 well trained service dogs ending a evening from frontier fields. We were told the dogs were not allowed. Didn't ask if they were working. No we don't think that fast at night. There is a reason we have service dogs. Mine is a sdit the others were full SD. The law states a place can ask if they were working. Which they didn't. .sadly we are all going to not return to a place we are uncomfortable with. We have lost our favorite spot. The dogs enjoyed the pup cups. We enjoyed the ice cream and of course the chicken. So I am giving it a 1 star.
