Every time I order the drive through takes 20-30 mins. I'm not exaggerating I've literally timed it. In my opinion, the upper management for the Dunkin’ locations in this area really needs to take a serious look at the people they have in leadership roles and beyond. From what I’ve experienced, there seems to be a lack of direction and accountability, and it feels like no one is truly in control of what’s happening.

The chai was excellent, but the customer service was disappointing. The staff appeared uninterested and had noticeably sour expressions.

Won't ever go again, very disappointed in ordering and food and drinks. Gone for breakfast and seemed like the person at the drive through didnt help at all, I meant for a peppermint mocha iced coffee and then I was charged for 3 drinks when I only ordered 2. At the window I said I didnt order right and wasn't able to drink the drink anyway since only one was oatmilk. Very unhappy with the whole experience.

Took over 20 mins for 3wraps to come out. Employees did a lot of talking and not as much working. Our hash browns were dropped, and had to be remade.
We were standing there waiting for our order to be made when finally someone asked us what we ordered. Come to find out our order never went through, even though we paid and everything at the register. So they rang us up again and we waited forever for our food. Not a great first impression. Food was subpar once it actually came out to us.

This location used to be great. Ever since the new space upgrade they have run off the rails. 3 out of 5 orders I got were not mine. Another order was a right out of the fridge cold egg on a bfast sandwich...gross. I go inside next time to be ignored at the counter...she was so busy with arranging donuts.... so sad.

I just had an experience where I ordered a Mobile doughnut. I went in to pick it up and was standing there for a few moments, looking ahead. One of the workers there did not realize I was paying attention. With a non-gloved hand, he put his hand inside the drawer warmer where the hashbrowns were being kept warmed. He popped one in his mouth. Then went over to the register with the register, still with not a glove on his hand, then wiped his nose.
I did alert the manager, but needless to say, I did not eat my doughnut

Our visi today for the $6 meal deal is a 10+. The service was absolutely great. The Customer Service from te cashier and manager was top notch. I would recommend there 250 Webster location 100%

I placed a mobile order on the app. My sandwich came with egg when I asked for no egg so I couldn’t eat the sandwich. And right now they are advertising the summer bucket let when you order 50 munchkins. So I paid the 17 dollars for the bucket and I didn’t even get the bucket they put them in a regular box. I didn’t even want the munchkins I only got it to get the bucket. Never ordering again from this location seems to be a trend here of not giving you what you ordered.

The only Dunkin that makes the sweet black pepper bacon well done! All the other ones give me soft, stringy bacon but they actually crisp it here when you ask.

Incoherent kids that don’t want to work, or don’t care to. Having to repeat yourself 5x per item because apparently asking for common things is difficult. Asked for my coffee with 3 brown sugar, literally repeated it 4x and there’s none, but there’s regular sugar and I asked for Splenda. Asked for coffee milk as the dairy for my coffee “we can’t do that” ask why and the response is “you can’t do coffee milk” … do you not have any or is it because you can’t find the option or is it because it’s an up charge? Missing food, wrong food given, extra random food in the bag, literal idiots. We’ve tried coming here multiple times and the pure incompetence of the workers is astounding. I’m all for giving people a chance, maybe they’re new to the job or overwhelmed and need some extra time but sheesh. Will never go there again as this is a regular experience.
