I ordered a Dunkin berry burst energy drink to wake up wraps and to orders of hashbrowns. It took almost 30 minutes for it to come. It took 10 minutes for them to even acknowledge me that I was at the register, and they conveniently almost forgot my drink. There is no sense of organization, no sense of anything in that store. It’s complete chaos. The manager seems more interested in complaining, then running a good store and making sure everything’s running the way it should be . It’s the worst I will never be back and the manager was unapologetic And a little rude. I get you’re busy but there’s something called Customer Service and if you don’t know how to do it then you’re in the wrong business.

So I don't usually get food from here but I was really hungry so this morning I got a sugar bacon sandwich with no cheese cause of my lactose intolerants and a order of hash browns which usually the hash browns are always burnt and inedible so this morning I asked for the hash browns not to be burnt this time. Hash browns were good today, however the almost 6 dollar sandwich was wrong per usual. It was wrong sandwich and it had cheese on it. Not happy with the service. Listen to what the order is and do it correctly. SMH. This is exactly why I don't order food from there because this happens all the time. Always messing up orders

I’m not sure why but every time I come to this location the staff acts as if I’m the first customer they’ve had and takes about 5-10 minutes for a drink and sandwich then zero people skills making it almost awkward. I went there today 11/9/25 and ordered two 6.00 meal deals and 10 count of munchkins ; I was missing 4 munchkins from the package they knowingly knew they didn’t give the correct amount or someone can’t count

Why am I continuing to have this issue? I have not taken a sip yet...thats just how much it was filled. This is a continous problem, acting like its coming out of their check. Mind you I've paid for a large which is $5, and did not get a large amount of coffee. Called 15 times to speak to a manager because I can't understand how a person sends that out to a customer??? Nobody answered. Took a sip....not the flavor I ordered & my bf had to drive all the way back to remake it...and the remake was iced coffee when I bought a cold brew..... collectively 12 brain cells in that place i swear

The food was absolutely amazing. I got a frozen hot chocolate and it was made to perfection. The workers are also incredibly nice. I also usually get breakfast sandwiches and that was also amazing. I would definitely recommend this Duncan because it is one of the better ones in this area definitely come back

The employees are very unfriendly and the coffee is made different every single time. I don’t remember the last time I got a good, consistent tasting coffee from here. I went tonight after a very long day and was so excited to try the fall menu. I was greeted at the drive through with a very annoyed tone right away. The drive thru worker seemed angry and not wanting to help the whole interaction. Then i get to the window , and my coffee was very dark. I asked for a few creams on the side so i can just add them myself (even though my coffee was supposed to have 3), and there was another worker that had the same demeanor. They didn’t say hello when i got to the window and didn’t say a single thing when i asked for the cream or when they handed them to me. Just handed them and walked away. It was a very awkward and unpleasant experience. Not only as a worker, but as a human being it’s so important to have the quality of just being kind. People go to grab coffees for numerous reasons, most often just a pick me up. Being encountered with experiences like this or horrible tasting coffee doesn’t help.

This review is for one specific employee who drives a red Prius. Maybe in his 40s. I was in the line for drive through and they were driving so close to me. Only to pull next to me get out with his Dunkin’ hat on, gets something from his trunk then gets back into his car and pulls away really fast cutting off the person inline in front of me who is leaving. You sir just earned this location a bad review. Because everything else about my experience was good except for you.

This particular location seems to find efficiency as a challenge. I am often stuck in the line with one car ahead of me (or two) for more than 10 minutes.

Not sure why this is a continous issue but when the coffees are almost $5 I expect a full cup. Spent $5.07 on a large and got a mediums worth of coffee.
