...so I order on the app for some coffees orange juice and a wake up wrap for a cheat day...get to my work and pull out the package the wrap is in out of the bag and what happens...THE BOTTOM OF THE BAG THE WRAP IS IN COMPLETELY OPENS AT THE BOTTOM AND FALLS TO THE GROUND...I stared going I can't believe I spent 3 $ on something I can't eat now cause of malfunction baggage...I feel I should get one on the house...like at this point waste of my money...

This is genuinely the slowest Dunkin in the area. I live right near it and will drive out of my way to avoid it because that will still be faster. They spent all that money on construction but you still wait forever.

How on earth can they mess up 2/3 of an order? It's literally printed on the bag and on the coffee cup. I ordered a hot coffee and they put the sticker on a iced coffee cup. The sticker on the food says sausage egg and cheese but yet they put in a baggle. The cashier had no idea what she was doing and looked completly out of it

Worst coffee of my life the s'mores drink tasted like soap . The young lady was rude a said it was awkward to her co workers after I left very strange place . All I did was get my order im sick from that nasty after taste of soap .

Sourdough sandwich not toasted egg still refrigerator cold. Some of bacon strips have green spots The other half is now in my toaster oven. Compare photo to their menu photo
Worst dunkin ever. I've been in the drive through line for over 23 minutes and I'm still not at the window to get my food. I ordered 8 minutes ago and I've moved 1 car past the order window.

I went to the drive through on a Sunday at 1:45 pm. There were 3 cars in line in front of me. I ordered a drink and a breakfast sandwich. I pulled out of the parking lot after 2:00. 15 minutes is unexceprable. When I got to my location which was 10 minutes away, I found they gave me my items and a random bagel that the person in line behind me had to wait as long for I'm sure since I probably got his order. This location was just remodeled so I assume it might be new owner but I hope he chooses a new staff because these young ladies just can't handle it. I will not go back to this location. Horrible experience and I've frequented this location several times before the remodel with noproblems.

I ordered a hot chai latte, didn’t wait long for it but it wasn’t hot at all. It was warm at best and was rancid. Whipped cream all but curdled. I work at a different Dunkin so I could tell there was definitely something wrong with my drink
