Horrible wait times. Even when I order well ahead of time and pick it up inside. Always approximately 6 teenage employees standing around not doing anything. No clear direction or management. On occasion Ill drive 10 miles away to different DD just to avoid the hassles at this one.

Slowest Dunkin known to man, ordered one coffee and they got it wrong. Order thing is only 2-3 car lengths behind the pickup window, so not like they need to remember much. An impressive way to spend 20 minutes on a Saturday.

always getting the wrong order and then the empolyees act like its my fault :( only good employee left is kelley !!! iced drink was handed out as a cracked cup inside another plastic cup and was leaking everywhere !! this is after she got mad at me because she made it incorrectly !!! i come to dunkin several times a week and rarely get the correct drink but never complain ! but if im paying $7 for a drink its unacceptable to come in a double cup with one of them cracked and leaking !

I was a previous resident of Webster and this was my home in Dunkin’. I was in the area and decided to get an iced coffee. I asked the drive-through person. If she could we make my drink with less cream, and she gave me an attitude when the window closed the girls began to yell and laugh amongst themselves pertaining to my drink. They made me feel really uncomfortable, and I will not be returning.
