Food is alright. They need to update their online ordering. It advertises you can get 3 sides with the snacker plate but when I came to pick it up, they seemed totally confused by my order. I never got the third side I ordered and wasn't offered a refund.

Classic Trash Plate! Home with the kids for a visit and had to share the experience of an E-Hots Plate. The place looks nicer than I remember it from the early 2000’s. Food is as good as I remember. Definitely suggest you stop in for this Webster icon.

Got garbage plates and hot dog was burnt, it was made on a drty grill. Also fries were over cooked and tasted like they cooked them before and just trapped in oil again. What a waste of 36 dollars!!!

Most amazing people and most amazing plates. My boyfriend and I get plates/fish fry every Friday night and the whole crew is amazing (especially the woman who takes the orders over the phone!) Shoutout to the wonderful food; never had any issues, errors or complaints. Used to get plates from a rival hots spot until their service turned poor after being so busy they kept hanging up after putting us on hold! NEVER have had any issues here no matter the time of day or night. I personally think they have the best Mac salad in roc recently. The portions are huge & consistent every week, only about 10 min wait time for pickup. Their home fries could be a little less fried occasionally (sometimes they seem like they’ve sat in oil too long, but they’re not overly crunchy) but that’s just being picky. They know us as regulars each week and the service and food keeps us coming EACH Friday even when we’re dieting, it’s our weekly cheat meal. They’re honest people with honestly good food and will forever come here and recommend to others.

Our go to once a week. Excellent hots and mac salad with a topping of their hot sauce. Everyone who works there are so friendly they make you feel like family. You can tell that other customers are enjoying their meals also, it’s a friendly atmosphere. We would highly recommend this place.
