My son and I always end our dinner out nights with ice cream from Fire Crust. The workers are always friendly. If I had one suggestion it would be to have one uniform system of making sundaes.

Parking: Nice easy access parking.

I confuse this place for I thought was a branch location of another place in Syracuse. The name is kind of deceiving, I was expecting wood-fired pizza or at least coal-fired but it's just a gas oven, Pizza is a little undercooked, menu is a little weird, there were only two people in the place working out front, all of a sudden, 6 more people come out of the back and start cleaning up and tearing down for the evening even though they had an hour or two to go, while we were trying to enjoy our food, Pizza was okay at best, I understand the concept of going for, but it's not going to work especially when you have young kids running the place and even managing. Nothing against them, the guy that took my order in prepped my pizza was very nice. They are packets of fake Parmesan and cracked pepper which I thought was a shame, they put a lot of work into the aesthetics, but not into operations, advertising and putting out a better product. Honestly I cannot recommend. Overall we were disappointed.

This was hands down the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Ferrari pizza is in the same plaza, just go there. This place is ran by high school kids that don’t care and the beer was flat.

This has to be one of the worst places to eat in Rochester including Webster. Wait is long food is gross. Beer was gross. Don’t go. Go to blaze

Design your pizza for one solid price! From sauces, to cheeses, to meats, to vegetables and other random pizza items, there are quite a variety and all fresh. It is cooked in the stone/brick oven to perfection right in front of you. The overall size and portion is well worth the price. Most people, including me, had leftovers that warmed well the next day to enjoy. The restaurant was open, clean, and modern. The staff were very friendly too.

Had a party show up and everyone enjoyed the pizza. Pizzas take about 5 minutes so we were able to order more without a wait. Plenty of beers on tap only $3.50 a pint! Place is updated and the staff is friendly. Quality of pizza is ok but the wood fire gives it a nice taste.

We had a group of about 15 people. It had a great variety of pizza suggestions a n d would put any pizza toppings you want all the same price. It was very good pizza and great to try all kinds of combinations. They have a space that is easy to have a good size group easily. The service was good and the food was great. A good time for all.

Everything and everyone were great, save for the soda fountain seeming to be a bit low on the fizz for some

First, I have tried the Henrietta location a few years back and it was good. So I thought I’d give this new location a chance. But this pizza place is not good at all. It is literally comparable to Red Baron frozen pizza!!!!!! The dough is dense and soggy (for a thin crust).I ordered a plain cheese pizza ($9.75) and a “I’m meating” pizza ($13.95). But realized the cashier actually charged me for 2 “create your own pizza” which was $13.95 each. When I walked in on a Saturday night at 6pm to pick up my pizzas and only 2 tables had patrons, I should have known better. It really is as bad as what the other bad reviews say. I can say I will not be returning or recommending this place.

Tried restaurant for a late lunch, pizza was great, ordered my own and the woman prepared it perfectly. My wife had a pesto chicken and she raved about hers as well. I will be going back and it is very reasonably priced for a quick pizza that is delicious.

Parking: Plenty of room to park.
