The outside of this place could use some upkeep (overgrown weeds, a paint job, better markings on pavement) The food is terrific.It isn't handicapped friendly.

this is my first time eating here in a long time and let me say the food was actually really great! Very fast and easy service and the food was ready to pick up in less than 30 minutes! Definitely would not see any reason to not eat here again! Would recommend

I order sesame chicken here and it’s the best Chinese place I’ve ever tried I will order here again for sure they also have better prices then anyone else ! Definitely choose jade palace

We have eaten at the Jade Palace for many years and the food and staff have been top notch. They are only doing take out right now but next week they will be doing seating with social distancing. Worth a visit. We did have a problem with our online order it didn't place but they hurried and had it done in 10 minutes.

Been eating here for a few years. Love their General Tso's chicken and lo mein. Large servings for a good price and the orders are always accurate and done quick.
Lost a lot of business over the years.Less foot traffic.It is mostly due to no advertisement,dated building,starting with outside and then going in.The family operates it in a very limited setting.Their older son (11-12 old) answers all calls,takes orders over the phone etc.).

This place should close down. Ordered take out when I moved back to the east side. I had not been there in ages. My friend and I both agreed the food was horrible. Two bites and in the trash it went. NEVER AGAIN

There were only two people in the restaurant when we got there and it was New Year’s eve. My meal was OK. However the person that I went with her meal was absolutely awful. She did not eat it and we said that we would pay for half of her meal. The server held her back and would not let her leave the restaurant so police were called.
