Went there a few weeks ago and they forgot to include our chips. I wrote to them and the next time I went back the manager specifically came to me, remembered my name, and apologized and totally made it up to me.Hope he gets credit for his small yet thoughtful gesture! Thank you again.Btw: the food is always great, and we go a few times a month because of it.
I had one of the best Tuna Subs of all time. The quality was top notch. People were great ?

Food was great as always, but the service was unlike anything I have ever experienced at Jersey Mikes. The two men that were working were rude from start to finish. Very short with us when taking our orders, acting like we were inconveniencing them. Once they took my boyfriend and I’s orders they told us “go sit down over there and wait for your food it’s going to be a while” (we ordered 2 subs) - but then not even a minute later , they call us back up because our food was ready. The whole experience really threw us off.

I remembered I had coupons and wanted to grab something quick.I walked in and saw two employees. One young woman (standing with her left hand on her face) and a man bending down behind the counter. The man greeted me and then the young lady greeted me. I then gave him my order. I watched as he grabbed a pair of plastic gloves and proceeded to slice my meat.I then watched the young lady grab a pair of gloves and asked me about my toppings. NOW, NEITHER OF THEM WASHED THEIR HANDS PRIOR TO GRABBING THE CLEAN PLASTIC GLOVES!Another man came out of the back area, WASHED HIS HANDS, put on a pair of plastic gloves, and asked me if I wanted to purchase any cookies. I said "no" and thought maybe I should walk out.Needless to say, I did not walk out. However, I thanked the guy who rang me up for washing his hands prior to putting on the plastic gloves. I explained to him that it's pointless to put the gloves on if you do not wash your hands first! Whatever contamination on your hands was on the plastic gloves and now on my food!I asked him if he understood, what I was saying and he said "yes." I also asked him if he was the manager, and he told me no.I am sooo disappointed in the manager as well as the young lady who prepared my food for not washing their hands FIRST!As I mentioned when I walked in the door, the man was bending down behind the counter, and the young woman had her hand on her face!GOING FORWARD, PLEASE ALWAYS WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE PUTTING ON ANY GLOVES. I really didn’t want to do this because there subs are good but they have messed up my order every single time I have gotten a sub. I ask for no peppers or onions and they add them every single time. Make sure you triple check your order with these employees

Well my family thought we would try this sub place out. Start with my husband's sandwich he told the girl no jalapeños...yeah she added them making it hard for him to eat it because they aren't easily picked off. My sandwich was tuna...it was watered down and barely tasted like Tuna. My daughter had Tuna as well and she thought it was gross as well. None of us could even finish their dinner. We will not be returning.

I bought a large Club Supreme every week for the past few months. Today it would appear that there is much less content than usual.5 thin slices of cheese and both the turkey and roast beef were almost like an old Jreck's sub. If you are trying to cut costs you will also cut sales. All i could taste was the roll.Perhaps it was just a rogue employee - I will try one more time but will tell him to stop if it is apparent that your large now makes DiBellas look like a Jumbo.Very disappointed - and I have have recommended your shop to many friends - no more.
