Joe's Brooklyn Pizza Webster

Should have read the reviews. We ordered online and pizza arrives via Door Dash right on time - and cold. We call the restaurant and their response? “Just reheat it in the oven.” A pizza that takes 15 minutes to deliver should be, y’know… hot? At least Door Dash refunded the delivery fee. Really wanted to enjoy a first-time experience, not a last one.

Had my 1st pie at Joe's. Absolutely fantastic. I'll b there every time I order. I had the white garlic, and looking forward to try more of their menu. Great job 👍

Wish we had read reviews prior to ordering. We were on the road driving home from a 2 hour road trip and decided to place an order for pick up upon making it back into Webster. We placed an almost $90 order. Received both email and text verification that our order was received. Received a status update that our order was ready via the link sent to us. Got to the restaurant and it was closed. Door locked, lights off. Tried calling number and there was no answer and message stating that the number does not allow messages. My husband tried calling another location for info, they were not sure and encouraged him to call DoorDash as they manage their orders. Door dash then told my husband that the hours on line stated they were open, and would have to call the restaurant to verify they were indeed closed, prior to refunding any money.
Needless to say, call the store prior to ordering to be sure they are open. Hours on google are not correct, and they leave their online ordering active, when they indeed are not open.

Similar to other customer experiences, I ordered online on a Tuesday, received an order confirmation with estimated timeline for order completion, and then I also received a notification that my order was ready. Unfortunately, when I arrived to the store they were closed. It seems they didn’t update their hours and online ordering was still available even though they were closed. I called another location and was advised to call DoorDash for a refund as their online ordering goes though that service. DoorDash was then able to refund my money after they tried calling the store and no one answered. It’s unfortunate that this seems to be a frequent issue with this location.

Ordered Pizza + on 8/19. Went to pick up and store was closed. Sign read open 11am-8pm. However, closed-no lights on and no sign on door that their closed. I now have a $ pending post on my Visa card. Not happy. I even called the Rochester store to find out what was going on. They were helpless-knew nothing. How can you run a business like this???????????????????

The other reviews are correct. I ordered my food online. The service let me spend $135 on pizza. I wait and hour. I drove to the place. Closed. Nobody in the shop. Door locked. I have had pizza from here before and it was good, if not a bit expensive. I honestly wouldn't bother getting pizza from here. At least have the decency to update your hours on Google. If you order through Slice and you find out the place is closed, if you call them they will cancel your order. So the only good thing about my experience wasn't even Joe's Pizza, it was the guy at slice who got me my money back and the FedEx guy walking by who told me the place sometimes randomly closes at 4. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU CALL AHEAD TO CONFIRM THEY ARE OPEN!

Joe made me an all veggie pizza. The crust was nice and crunchy vegetables were done Just right. It melted in my mouth. It was a small and there were only three pieces left. It was so good. Can’t wait to have another one!!

Ordered online for a pickup at 4:45PM. Show up at 4:50, and open sign is off, pitch black in the building, and not a soul in sight. Hours are 11A-8P, so not sure the problem. Will never attempt to order from this place again. Disrespectful and rude! Waste of time on all parts. If you don't have workers, shut off your online ordering system at the very least!

Damn good pizza!! Sauce is perfect, little garlicky, not too sweet, not too acidic, it's on point👌🏻👌🏻 I'm a pizza snob. Joe's Brooklyn definitely checks the boxes. Certainly will be back!

Closed and locked up at 320pm on Tuesday with no sign on door. Also, phone message says phone line is not set up.

Either they had an emergency or something is going bad with the joint.

This is a small pizzeria with big tastes! You see the chefs working on your pizza if you eat in, so you know the work area is clean. The staff are friendly and happy to talk with you, if you would like. This is some of the best pizza I have enjoyed in a long time - and my dad thought so, too!
