The pizza was SO good! The man who answered the phone & greeted me upon entering (I'm assuming the owner) was incredibly welcoming and down to earth. The food was ready exactly when it said it would be. Can't wait to come back and try the other specials!

Called at 5pm on 12/7 to place an order and was told “we don’t have any slices out”. I was given the option to order an entire pizza or nothing at all. The guy on the phone was rude and didn’t seem to care for my business. Marks was happy to take my order. Thanks anyway!

This is real, there is nyc pizza in rochester. The ratios of toppings to dough is perfect. Slices taste like the ones you get in NYC, even comes on the same paper plate for authenticity.

ordered a pizza on Tuesday night through DoorDash both website and DoorDash said they were open @ 5pm when I placed the order. went to pick it up they were closed called and no one picked up. called the next day they were open explained the situation the manager did not care didn't explain why they weren't open and I had to dispute the charge with DoorDash. worst customer service ever

Walked in around 6:30PM and had never been here before. The guy at the counter had an attitude as he asked us if we were ordering and told us if we wanted slices we would have to take what they had. There were three random slices left. We walked out.

Disconnect the slicelife website from you “order now” link on your website, and give your customers a call when you cancel their orders from the website. It’s beyond rude when we walk in and you know our name and order and you follow up with a “oh we canceled that”

I have been looking for authentic New York style pizza in my area for a very long time and have finally found it here at Joe's. My wife and adult children read the reviews and asked what's up? I said I have to try it! I'm so glad I did, absolutely fantastic!!! We love it and can't wait to go back!
