The food was delicious & it has a great atmosphere. I live 6 hours away & will definitely return when I head up to NY. The French fries and sweet potato fries are some of the best I've ever had.

Great atmosphere. Wonderful service. Delicious food that’s wants to be a little fancier than it is ;) refreshing to have the wait staff be so down to earth. Great place to celebrate life. Outdoor seating is prime right now.

Delish and fun.

Braised short rib was nice and tender and juicy. However, not enough sauce to get through it and once the sauce is gone it's much less fun to eat. Brussels were okay but could have used a little higher heat in the roasting, more char, and they needed a lot more seasoning. Everything needed a lot more salt.

I was not a fan of the mashed potatoes, very chunky with skins is not my style.

The sides were 3 star, but the braised short rib and sauce tasted 4 star (just more sauce please)

First back after 6 months…worse than last time.
We took a break after our meals weren’t ever ordered in the kitchen and we sat for an hour waiting on food with poor communication on what was up. Last night the wood fired pizza was burned so they started over so we had another long wait. They let my wife's order of mussels sit instead of remaking them, so they were rubbery, not fresh at all.
We told our server about the consecutive bad outings and said we can’t come back for service like this. She relayed the message to management and by then the place had cleared out. No reduction on the bill, the manager never came out to apologize. We will make the trip to Pittsford Jo jo from now on if at all

I used to really love coming here. However, I came back in March for my birthday, and I was deeply disappointed. We had mediocre service at best and were barely paid attention to, and the food was subpar. I have both dairy and gluten allergies, so Jojo’s was always my go-to. However, this last experience has kept me from coming back. A really disappointing way to celebrate my birthday
