Just wanted to give our server Sue a five star review. We came in for breakfast on Christmas Eve morning and she was the only employee, other than probably the chef. She somehow was managing taking orders, bringing food out, bussing tables, cashing people out, all while the restaurant was very busy and she was clearly overwhelmed. Not once did she rush us or make us feel like just another table. She made everyone feel welcome on a holiday morning given her circumstances that could not have been easy. Her attitude never slipped, her service never suffered, and her work ethic was nothing short of incredible. This restaurant is very lucky to have her!

Food was good but the service was terrible. The server (Chris) seemed annoyed that we were there. And, he got our orders completely wrong and never checked on us again after dropping the food off. He would just walk past our table, numerous times, ignoring us. The Ridge rd location is much better.

Outstanding! The Crowd Favorite, 2 poached top of in-house smoked pastrami with Swiss cheese on rye bread oh my goodness! Hollandaise over the top don't miss it! We also got the colossal breakfast sandwich with a burger and it was crazy good! Had to wait until 10:00 a.m. on Sunday for bloody Mary's but they were worth the wait & delicious too! Get there early or prepare to wait!
Went for breakfast with a friend. Service was great, lots of great choices on the menu, and the seating on the patio was lovely.

When seated, the waitress gave us 2 sets of silverware (wrapped in a napkin) and the 3rd was just a loose fork and knife. When I asked for completed set- I was told it’s the same thing just without a napkin. If a customer is asking, isn’t the obvious thing to do.. is grab another? The waitress came over to get our drink orders and I asked for a drink menu and she looked at me as though she didn’t know of a drink menu. I told her I wanted wine. When she finally did return with a drink list, I choose one and she couldn’t find it on her tablet. I had to choose another. She asked if we were ready to order and I asked if there were specials and again, she was confused. The food took a while to come out. When she gave us our check, it was another debacle b/c she couldn’t print a receipt for me to tip and sign. Unfortunately, the server was not prepared for a Friday night service and frankly nobody cared that we were frustrated. We have been to the other location for breakfast and it’s been great.

A hidden gem ✨. Webster is so lucky to have this cute place in the neighborhood! Love the craft beer, the ambiance, the outdoor seating, and the pretzels! And great, friendly staff!

Extremely slow service…no parking and the food is mediocre at best!! I’ve seen people walk out of this place due to lack of service the couple times they be been here.
