Mama Lors is my go to place for great food and service. Whether it's a quick breakfast before work or sitting down for dinner and drinks, they never disappoint. Their specials are imaginative and tasty. Always something new and good to eat at Lake Road Mam Lors.
We’re visitors from Canada and were pleasantly surprised!
Friendly staff and delicious food — we had an omelette, chocolate pancakes, salad, and fried potatoes.
Even though it was breakfast time, the bartender made us a really tasty cocktail (wish we remembered the name!).
Thank you for the great atmosphere and excellent service!
The food was good and the service was quick. A few mistakes were made on the food orders but they were quickly remedied. The server was very polite and new to the location, so it was no big deal. The food was delicious.
I had a great experience! Phenomenal food and fantastic service. I got the chicken french the food came out really fast. And the dessert was awesome! Will definitely be back.
Like most smaller restaurants, noisy when busy, but it's busy because it's so good! Amazing and delicious menus. Good service, good food.
Prices are reasonable and comparable to other great cafe's. Sunday Brunch is amazing 🤩
Food was very good. Our waitress was friendly, funny and very attentive. It is a little loud.
Good food , great service. Staff was really friendly and welcoming. 2nd location for Mama Lor's and newer building- very clean! The whole place, even the rest rooms which are large and comfy. We made a plan to go there again!
Super friendly, great prices and awesome portions. Everything was delicious.
Get treated like family
This is a nice place. It’s clean, modern, and welcoming.
We came here today for the fish fries. That caused a dilemma for me. Beer battered or panko breading? After asking the bartender her advice it was still up in the air. So my wife got the beer battered and I got the panko.
The food came out and the test began. Both were very good but I have to tip my hat to the beer battered. It was a bit more crunchy. Both didn’t separate from the coating and didn’t get “water logged” after sitting.
We both chose the union spuds for a side which are square covered seasoned home fry like potatoes. Very good. The coleslaw was more mayo focused than vinegar so it wasn’t my preference.
I’d come here again and next time
I’ll come hungry and try the Monster fish fry!

I’ve never had anything but a great experience here. Food is always excellent and the specials are always amazing!!
Friendly service on the floor and at the bar. Atmosphere is relaxed. Never felt like I was being rushed.
My go to for a dinner with a friend or just by myself!
Very friendly and attentive wait staff. Service was quick and the food was great. Just a very nice experience. I had brunch on a March day of mixed weather with the inside seating being very comfortable. I highly recommend and I will go back.
Our waitress, Nicole, was very sweet and did a great job.
Always a great place as expected. Slightly different atmosphere than the union hill location which is nice to have the option. Food is always great and the service is top notch.
Had breakfast sandwich. It was just okay. Nothing special about it. Egg was overcooked. Served with Spuds that lack flavor.
