However, there have been some issues with orders being made incorrectly and delays in service due to broken equipment. When this oversight is corrected, all will be well. The woman working there was top notch; she replaced the food for us and apologized. Bella at McDonalds was so great! She had great customer service and was so helpful with all of our needs! The cleanliness and atmosphere of the restaurant are generally positive, although some customers may be negatively impacted by the presence of "no smoking" signs outside. Overall, McDonald's is a convenient and reliable option for a quick meal or snack, but there is room for improvement in terms of order accuracy and equipment maintenance.
