I really wanted to like Monte Albon in Webster, but unfortunately, it was a terrible experience from start to finish. Our waiter handed me a lemon with his bare hands, which was pretty off-putting. We waited almost an hour for an appetizer that apparently he never even heard us ask for, and by the time our meals came out, we were over it and just asked for the check.
We ended up only paying for our drinks because the service was so disappointing. The manager was the only bright spot — kind, professional, and understanding — but everyone else we interacted with had a serious attitude.
Definitely not an experience I’d recommend. I hope they can make some major improvements, because right now, it’s not a place I’d go back to. I don't recommend anyone ever going there either. It was a bad night or they need to train their staff better. But it was awful, I was visiting from out of town, and it was just awful experience.

Best food. Friendliest Staff. My father was upset no dollar Tacos on Taco Tuesday. He loves them. We only had enough for some dollar Tacos the staff went above and beyond service. Made us Tacos under $10.00 and a $30.00 gift card from the staff. And didn't charge us for the Meal tonight. My father was so happy. And I was also. ❤️

Monte Albán in Webster never disappoints! Tried the taco dish entrée for the first time—street tacos were full of flavor, steak tacos were juicy and perfectly seasoned, and the tomatillo salsa was the perfect touch. Definitely a new favorite!

I am really trying hard to find authentic Mexican food in the Greece and Irondequoit NY area but to no avail. The beans and rice weren’t too bad though. The rest was mushy and bland.

Excellent food and waitstaff. Chips were hot and flavour was on point. Lovely restaurant.
Delicious food.... and the employees eat the restaurants food, which is really impressive to me.. Friendly staff waitress was on it .... will be returning and im not real big on mexican food but this place had my favorites....even had the ppv ufc at the bar ....impressive, or you could have a table like we did... it was great 👍
