$20 for a grilled cheese and soup? I mean it 2 slices of toasted bread and cheese, not even artisan cheese, just plane ol american cheese. Never ever in the history of evenness would I buy from them again.

On our last trip, they forgot my son's sandwich. When I went to the pick up counter to get it, it was just sitting on the line half-made. One worker chastised another in front of me. It took longer than it should have. This time, my husband ordered online and brought it home. My sandwich had 1.5 ingredients on it out of the 5 it should've had. It was bare! Very disappointed and won't be returning.

Panera offers an elevated, healthful and flavorful fast casual dining experience. I’m here at least once a day and often twice. The Sips Club, where you pay a monthly fee to get unlimited “free” beverages, can really make you a habitual guest. Digital promo codes and frequent rewards help save me plenty on my orders, which is awesome because the undiscounted prices are a bit high. The staff at this particular Panera is very friendly and pleasant. The dining area is kept very clean and tidy. The patio seating is great during warm weather. I absolutely love having the ability to order ahead and pick up at the Drive-Thru — so convenient and quick! So grateful to have this alternative to all the burger-and-fries places!

Hey Panera, sometimes you make your strawberry smoothies REALLY good. And then most times it's as thin as water or tastes like plain yogurt. Genuinely how hard can it be to make measurements consistent or train your employees how to make a smoothie.

this the second time this has happened to me. i order the same thing everytime i come here. a plain Caesar salad, no croutons, an extra Caesar dressing. I don’t click the chicken one, I click the plain Caesar salad one. But this is the second time, they put chicken, And even feta in my salad. i’ve puked because of the feta. i am so upset. i want all my damn money back.
Take out was quick. Greek chicken salad is excellent. Plenty of chicken, delicious, big portions! Very pleased.

Ok so tell me how, at 8:45am, their only breakfast option (despite having many on the menu) is one plain bagel and scones? It’s bad enough this place is outrageously over priced. They aren’t even reliably offering menu items.

Ordered 1 soup and 1/2 sandwich, 1 small bowl of soup, one 1/2 sandwich, and one salad with chicken, each order had an apple as a side. Avacado (2 small pieces) served with the salad were over ripe bordering on rotten, and the apple were unwashed, and still had the stickers on them. Total cost... $57 USD. Total fail here. This was my first experience at Panera Bread, and my last. The food was sub par as well. Recommend you all avoid this place. I will. No pictures are allowed with this post, or I'd add the picture with the two small slices of partially black avacados, and 3 particularly small unwashed apples... With the store stickers attached.
