Tuesday is “Bagel Day”, 13 bagels for $9.99. The Webster location is apparently “Bagel Morning”. I will travel a bit farther for bagels because the staff at Webster unprofessional and cranky. I’m done with this store.

I have ordered here a lot recently since my girlfriend does her homework in the dining area, & my order is wrong every single time. One time my pastry wasn’t with my order, my sandwich didn’t have double chicken like I ordered, didn’t have the sauce I requested, & my latte was hot & not cold. Next time I ordered bacon Mac & cheese & got regular Mac & cheese & the portion was small. Another time I got an entirely wrong sandwich. Most recent time they made my bagel wrong & again did not add the sauce onto the sandwich I added to the order. I hate having to go up every time & ask for things to be fixed or the sauce on the side, ect. I can’t believe how often at least one thing with my order is wrong. Why do I spend my money here it’s so frustrating.

Panera Bread in Webster is the worst. Every time I come here, there is an issue with my order, their systems are behind and it takes 20 minutes at least to get my order. Then I ask to speak to a manager and they say “it will be a few minutes, my manager is really busy.” What kind of customer service is this? I would give 0 stars if I could, all around.

What has happened to Panera in Webster?? It has gone downhill. The place is dirty, the tables are filthy and nobody seems to care. I don’t understand what happens to these businesses. Management needs to step up and take responsibility!!! My God The prices are ridiculous and you get smaller portions. Hard to go out anywhere, especially when you’re faced with things like this! Clean that place up! Vacuum the floors!

$20 for a grilled cheese and soup? I mean it 2 slices of toasted bread and cheese, not even artisan cheese, just plane ol american cheese. Never ever in the history of evenness would I buy from them again.

On our last trip, they forgot my son's sandwich. When I went to the pick up counter to get it, it was just sitting on the line half-made. One worker chastised another in front of me. It took longer than it should have. This time, my husband ordered online and brought it home. My sandwich had 1.5 ingredients on it out of the 5 it should've had. It was bare! Very disappointed and won't be returning.

Panera offers an elevated, healthful and flavorful fast casual dining experience. I’m here at least once a day and often twice. The Sips Club, where you pay a monthly fee to get unlimited “free” beverages, can really make you a habitual guest. Digital promo codes and frequent rewards help save me plenty on my orders, which is awesome because the undiscounted prices are a bit high. The staff at this particular Panera is very friendly and pleasant. The dining area is kept very clean and tidy. The patio seating is great during warm weather. I absolutely love having the ability to order ahead and pick up at the Drive-Thru — so convenient and quick! So grateful to have this alternative to all the burger-and-fries places!

Absolutely disappointed.Panera is trash And over priced. You can go to Byrne Dairy and get a way better sandwich for half the price. And you can avoid the the woke weirdos putting avocados in their nose.
