Pizza hut is not what it once was. But I promise you to stay away from the WEBSTER location. They just make pizza how they want and not the way pizza hut does.

I spent about 24 dollars on a pizza that took about 17 minutes which isn't that bad but the problem was the pizza was served extremely oily and hard, the pizza did not have any flavor at all, with little to no cheese. It felt like I was eating salty cardboard. And the pepperoni was extremely dry, it felt more like bacon than pepperoni. I forgot to mention there is no menu or at least they never told me there was.

Anytime I order pizza from Webster pizza hut it takes an unreasonable amount of time. Out of all the pizza places in town this is truly the slowest. Seems like they need new management with how poor their time management is. Even if you pick it up expect to wait in the lobby with 10 + people for 40+ minutes.

Never had issues until recently. Went for dine in service and sat for a solid 20 min and never got a server at which point I just couldn't wait and left to find someplace else with what was left of the lunch break.

From 2023: New melts are delicious! Today, August 6, 2024, I got a Hut Box with fries and a personal pan. This was the first time I had their fries, and they were some of the best I've ever had. The service was excellent, courteous, and prompt. The lower rating for Atmosphere was just because their dine-in area was closed, so I had to eat in my car, which wasn't awful, but not what I planned or desired.

Pizza order was 25 minutes late and was Luke warm. Breadsticks were cold. Entire restaurant looked unclean. Employees appeared to be overwhelmed and lacked communication amongst themselves.
