The staff is very friendly. The pizza is the best in all of NY state!! The sweet red sauce is where the magic begins!!

The people at the counter were very nice and polite. I ordered chicken fingers that were average. Size of the fingers were small. Prices seemed expensive

Working delivery,;store out of ingredients. Was told 10 minute wait. Management lecturing me on why I work and I have to take good/bad. Waited 20 minutes for the order that was supposed to be ready in 2. I only took the order due to close distance. Made a whopping $4.75 in 40 minutes. Thanks for the awful experience!!

Food was burnt, extremely greasy (seeping through bottom of the box) and all of the sauces were the consistency of water! Didn’t plan on paying for water to be added to the sauce to make it last longer. Such a joke.

Great pizza and everyone I’ve interacted with has been great. I’ve probably ordered from them a dozen times and haven’t had a bad pie or experience once. Solid spot.

Waited for the fresh slice pie since they asked me if I wanted to. They gave us one old slice and a fresh one. Also they really need to be wearing gloves if they are going to be touching peoples food. She literally plucked a piece of pepperoni off and moved it to a different slice with her bare hands and served it to me. She has such an attitude I didn’t even feel comfortable saying something to her.

Excellent pizza. Normally I'll buy pontillos in bushnell basin but Webster location is better. Pizza fantastic and service is better.

Whoever made this pizza tonight needs to be fired. The pizza is paper, thin and burnt. The photo actually makes it look a lot better than it is, ridiculous . As expensive as it is to order out now a days this is just carelessness
I would have never even sent this out. they definitely need to do better… l’m assuming the owner was not around because when he is this definitely does not happen…

We ordered from Pontillo's for the first time in many years. We pre-ordered online for 9:00 PM delivery. The two medium pizzas (one thin crust with half anchovies and half mini-peperoni & onions and the other cheese pizza regular crust well-done) arrived hot-out-of-the-oven fresh. The sauce was sweet and very good. My wife and I both loved our pizzas. Possibly the best we've had in Webster, and we order pizza a lot.
