PONTILLO`S WEBSTER The Original Recipe!

Waited for the fresh slice pie since they asked me if I wanted to. They gave us one old slice and a fresh one. Also they really need to be wearing gloves if they are going to be touching peoples food. She literally plucked a piece of pepperoni off and moved it to a different slice with her bare hands and served it to me. She has such an attitude I didn’t even feel comfortable saying something to her.

Excellent pizza. Normally I'll buy pontillos in bushnell basin but Webster location is better. Pizza fantastic and service is better.

Whoever made this pizza tonight needs to be fired. The pizza is paper, thin and burnt. The photo actually makes it look a lot better than it is, ridiculous . As expensive as it is to order out now a days this is just carelessness
I would have never even sent this out. they definitely need to do better… l’m assuming the owner was not around because when he is this definitely does not happen…

We order food from this place on Wednesday August 7th and we ordered wings and received a fried bone as one of them no meat all bone

We ordered from Pontillo's for the first time in many years. We pre-ordered online for 9:00 PM delivery. The two medium pizzas (one thin crust with half anchovies and half mini-peperoni & onions and the other cheese pizza regular crust well-done) arrived hot-out-of-the-oven fresh. The sauce was sweet and very good. My wife and I both loved our pizzas. Possibly the best we've had in Webster, and we order pizza a lot.

Jer is the kind of person you want in a community. My adult epileptic daughter had a mild seizure at a gas station and Jer walked her inside, secured her purse, sat her down in a cafe, brought her bike over so my daughter could see it without endangering herself further and communicated the issue to the gas station employees

Best pizza I’ve had in Rochester area and they can prepare it however you like it. Great crust and great toppings. Their thin crust cheese pizza rivals the best of NYC. Chicken wings and tenders are also great with really good sauces.

I’ve frequented this Pontillo’s a number of times for lunch and the staff is always friendly and amazing. If I can offer some feedback: Meatball Parm and Chicken Parm sandwiches are served awful dry when it comes to tomato sauce. Like almost too dry that people can’t possibly ask for that. Please consider asking for “extra sauce” if you want a moderate amount of marinara on the sandwich.
