Terrible. Terrible. Terrible food. Service was even worse.Three middle aged women with AWFUL attitudes behind the counter. 52$ for 3 subs and look at the pictures. Smh. Place is a joke compared to their other location.

The sub was okay, and the pepperoni balls were alright but the potato salad was amazing.

Been going to Webster Rubinos for 7-8 years now (2018-2022 was once or twice a week), order the same 2 subs every time usually without err from one of the longer term employees working. With every one of the girls busy I reluctantly ordered from one of the newer employees I've been avoiding based on observed interactions with other customers. Ordered mayo on top and bottom bun, watched him put mayo on top and immediately start grabbing toppings for bottom of the sub, reminded him I wanted mayo on bottom bun and he says it will be on both when he folds it closed. I tell him no I wanted mayo on the bottom bun. He finishes putting the toppings on the sub, puts mayo directly on the toppings, folds the sub so the top mayo and bottom mayo squish, gives me a "I gotchu chief" and gives a pompous little smirk.

Whatever I'll deal with it, intentionally ignored what I asked twice even though I'm paying $40 for two subs but it's whatever it's mayo. Instead of putting shredded lettuce on like you normally would for a sub, he grabs leaf lettuce, I correct it and say I'd prefer the normal shredded, he looks up annoyed and shakes his head as he makes a spectacle of throwing the leaf lettuce into the bin. The sub comes out and it's missing the prosciutto I specifically paid $3-4 dollars for as extra meat. Come to the counter and ask one of the girls to put the prosciutto on sub for me. Kid comes to the counter as she's already fixing his mistake, "What's wrong now" again with another douchey smirk. I had it. "Don't 'I Gotchu Chief' if you can't follow a simple tag YOU wrote" - the owner comes running over after being mid-conversation the entire time about baseball with an older customer "he never said that, he never said that" as the kid keeps instigating 'why you all beefed up over mayo bro'

You didn't do the things that I paid for. "Yeah, I put mayo on the bottom, that's why I said I gotchu" - no I asked you twice and you still couldn't do what I asked, you won't be touching my food anymore... One of the girls hand me back the sub with the prosciutto on it and I thank her very much. I should have then handed the sub to the owner and asked for a refund. Should have had him talk to his senior girl that works there who has made my subs for 8 years and asked if she's ever had a single problem. Should have asked him if that kid running his hand along unclean surfaces between orders should have been cause to change gloves. Amazing how a mouthy teenage temp hire can ruin a spot you've loved for years.

Got a cold sub. The meat was not very cold. As usual asked for ham and got turkey not sure why every place does this. Mini sub and a bag of chips for 12 dollars is kinda much. Wegmans is a way better and cheaper option kinda disappointing

Mid mid mid mid. I’ve never left a review for any business ever. I am just too lazy to but I had to for this. These guys just pay to use “Rubino’s” branding and name etc so I’m told. My large sub was 20 something bucks and had very very little meat. Irondequoit location is half the price. It was basically a lettuce sandwich for 20 bucks. Lettuce wasn’t even fresh was wilting a little. Bread was ok at least. Not spending my money there again. I’ll make the drive to i town

Twenty dollars for a large (10 inch) sub….. yikes. Food was good, not worth $20 though. You can get a large sub in Webster with the same quality for much less if you go elsewhere. With that said, Rubino’s has been a staple in the Rochester area for a while, but never used to be this pricey.
