We came in with a group of 11 of us. The food was great. However upon returning home we realized the server had charged us for 3 adult meals that should have been kids. For some reason, of the 4 kids we had in our group, they only gave us 1 kids meal. (We should have checked in the restaurant but in a group of 11 its kind of chaotic trying to leave). I called that night and left a message and I sent an email the next day with a photo of the receipt. The overpaid amount was about $30. I got no response. Finally my mom went in today. The manager came out and explained to her the paper with the squares that the cook uses to give out the dinners and how it had to say “kids”…ok? We aren’t the ones who fill that paper out. Then he explained that “some kids want the adult portions”. Ok? We didn’t - these were 9 year olds. He said it was too late to give a refund on the credit card (I don’t see why?) and then gave my mom a $20 gift card. We spent a lot of money that night. The least they could do is refund the correct amount, as opposed to making patronizing excuses for the mistake.

Went here at 530 the other day and had a very good dinner. I would go back again which says something as we are picky about our hibachi. The server was pleasant and quick about getting our drinks and order. The mushroom onion soup was probably one of the best ones we've had at this style restaurant with the French's onions actually still crispy. The ginger dressing in the salad was a little sweeter than I've had before but still as good as this salad is anywhere. We also got the Mexican roll and I can't remember the other, but both were super amazing and delicious - even 2 days later. We all got a variety of the hibachi dinners which everyone enjoyed. I had the sogo which is steak, shrimp, and chicken. Everything was cooked correctly and tasted great. The chef was funny and did well but not super interactive - like not a lot of conversation. Did all the typical tricks and show stuff. My one complaint is that the veggies are not cut smaller. The zucchini, green peppers, and broccoli were all big chunks or florets which meant they didn't get as cooked as say the onions and snow peas. Also the yum yum sauce was a little runnier than expected and didn't seem to stick to everything like I'm used to. Overall, very good and will recommend/ return to.

There are so few Japanese restaurants in the area. This is a comfortable space, while still having the atmosphere you might want for a "fun night out". The sushi is fantastic and the servers are all kind and personable.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome! This is a fun way to try new things!

This place is top notch! Came with family and my friend was jealous because it's her favorite place. She isn't wrong. The prices here are great for the sushi rolls and that is super difficult to find anywhere. We had sake and of course Sapporo beer because you have to! Could not tell you all the rolls we had ordered because it was a lot. I will say the cucumber crab salad is probably the best thing I've ever tasted. The jalapeño popper things we got were one of my favorites for sure. You need to order those and the rainbow roll. I will say it's weird their rice paper and ginger is pink. Not used to that at other places. Service fantastic and it was a super clean restaurant

We have been here multiple times and tonight will be the last. We waited over an hour for my birthday dinner at the bar and were ignored other than our drink order (after a 5 minute wait to even see anyone) and then after watching two other tables have birthday celebrations, we got ignored even though my wife told multiple employees. The cook was great but everything else was the worst hibachi experience that I have ever had and I have been to hibachi restaurants over 30 times.... We got rushed out even though we waited forever and when I was trying to dry my hands in the bathroom the paper towel dispenser fell off the wall. Again, food was delicious. But the experience will make sure that I never go back.... It's a cheaply put together place and I didn't appreciate the service at all....

We brought my granddaughter for her first hibachi experience. I informed them ahead of time it was her birthday and they claimed they would take care of her. When dinner is over I realized they were a hurry for us to leave and I had to remind the server it was her birthday. Instead of getting the customary dragon head she got an ice cream sandwich with whipped cream and no one to sing to her, only the waitress who was also in a hurry. However the chef was fun and the food was good although the steak was a little grizzley.

I also asked if we could bring a cake for my son because it was his birthday and they said yes. The food was great, our waitress was amazing, and there was another adult birthday celebration near us. We had a great time! Would absolutely go there anytime we’re in town!

They make drivers sit aeound for 30+ minutes waiting on simple orders that ahould only take a few minutes to make and theb the hostess gives you attitude when you ask why youve had the orser foe an hour atleast and its still not ready....
