Went from being a coffee shop to being a specialty coffee place only. Takes 10 mins to brew a cup of coffee and 5 or less to make a macchiato. Its kinda sad really. If you want a cup of plain coffee...don't come here.
As an elderly and disabled person, I tried to use the restroom, but no one told me the sensor light would go off every 30 seconds. The first time it happened, I panicked and almost fell, but luckily I grabbed onto something just in time. And don’t even get me started on the faucets—I felt like I needed to be a marathon runner just to wash my hands. Please adjust the timing of the faucet and light sensors with elderly people in mind.

I went there between 10:40am to 10:45am 7/23/24 with another person. We walk in and all the employees say hi, hello and /or welcome. They were very lively and welcoming. They were patient when i ordered, i had no idea what to get. They did get my name wrong but it was funny, i didnt bring it up because ive worked in food before and understand just how loud it can be behind the counter, especially when you have a earpiece connecting to drive through. This bunch were all lively and happy and just overall good vibes. This group should be put together more, ive gone to starbucks multiple times and this group hands down is my favorite. Food was fast, service was wonderful. I had forgotten the name of the spinach feta wrap (probably still the wrong name lol) and the cashier knew immediately what i was talking about. You could tell the other customers really appreciated the lively atmosphere aswell. Drinks were some of the best that ive had from there (i could taste each flavor)
Workers were dismissive and not very friendly. We were the only people inside at the time we went.

Honestly this location makes drinks just fine but its the drive through experience that is frustrating. Every single worker will shove the payment terminal out the window on the tip screen that prompts for $1, $2 or $5 dollar tips. The cashier will say something like "oh its just asking you a question here" when obviously they are just trying to guilt customers into tipping. Isn't that what the tip jar outside is for? Why are we pressuring customers to tip $1 or more dollars when they are getting one $5-$6 dollar drink?

The tea (dragon fruit) and ice brew (macademia) was delicious if not overly sweet. This is a nice treat of delicious treats.. Once every couple of months is worth stopping in and enjoying something special..

By some miracle, it wasn't busy when we walked in. Very clean and a friendly atmosphere. One of the baristas recommended a drink for my husband who wanted some extra caffeine. I wish I got his name, he and the other barista working were very friendly and professional and smiled the entire time we were in there. Had a great experience, which is hard to find many places nowadays. Thank you so much!

Whoever is working drive thru today 5/7/24 at 5 25pm was one of the rudest people I’ve encountered here. Telling me I need to give them 10 minutes for my mobile order when they had 1 person in line saying they were too busy because of a new launch today & how stressful it is for them but yet what’s the differences of ordering at the window? I see why it’s dead there trying to scare people away & the drinks sucked
