A+ we were greeted by a very friendly and professional lady(fair complexion/long brown hair, sorry couldn't remember name).When my guest and I were enjoying our drinks one of the baristas (African American/long hair pulled back, sorry again couldn't remember name ?) she not only gave me a complimentary sample of the new green chair pat tea with foam(that foam is perfect, not too sweet but really complimented the bitter green tea) . The barista did a great job selling the sizzle, describing it and answering my questions. Since I was drinking black coffee, the green tea w sweet foam was a pleasant surprise!

I was having the worst day ever yesterday. Life just was knocking me down. HOWEVER, I went into this store and the ladies in here totally turned my day around. COCO saw I was having a bad day and she bought my coffee and told me to have a better day. I came in the following day and was treated so amazing. A place like this in the morning or night is exactly what everyone needs. 10 outta 10 on the service and coffee was great obviously.Thanks to these wonderful ladies for making me smile.

Amazed at how efficient and pleasant the drive thru was today, compared to my local (Buffalo) area. I legit just watched several cars all get their orders taken and received in what felt like 2.5 seconds.Normally I wait in line for 15/20+ minutes for orders. Great job!! The drinks are hitting they should be and the girl at the windows was beyond friendly... I would drive an hour here every day if I could!
They are the busiest I have ever seen in my life. The woman with the lower hair cut short, and a small top pony was on service bar and absolutely killing it. They were beyond slammed, and people were interrupting her ask for their drinks. I’ve been a bartender for a long time and she was going at warp speed, and somehow keeping her cool while dealing with their rude interruptions. She deserves a raise. Maybe stop letting people order one thousand drinks a minute in the app, CORPORATE. I saw how far behind they were, while busting their butts… don’t do that to them. She was the best barista I have ever witnessed in 20 years of drinking coffee. I left and finished my errands and came back to get my drink because I understand how being slammed beyond control is. Other people might not understand that and leave a bad review. They were going above and beyond and again… BEAST MODE GIRL WAS KILLING IT.

I honestly do not know why it takes 30 minutes to make a single cup of coffee that is already half filled in the cup. Why when I live right around the corner by the time on my home is a hot coffee already cold? Whenever I have to make an order at the specific location they’re always out, never would I prefer anyone to go to this location.

Shout out to Webster's Hard Rd location. This Starbucks has always been my personal favorite because they are always friendly and helpful. "Sam and Cheese" and Andrew have, by far, the best customer service skills / personalities in the industry. Thank you again for the recipes, all the laughs, and acts of kindness. Truly, this location and the aforementioned Crew Members are a cut above the rest and deserve all of the recognition they can receive!
