Very bad service. I ordered nacho chicken and it came without cruchies on it and on asking the lady said u have to ask it specifically…and she was teaching somebody with our order..it was the way the msg was conveyed was not friendly. Earlier on a weekday too had similar kind of rude experience…but I thought it was because of the rush but now on a Sunday without anybody inside except us, still the service was horrible. I regret paying tip in these kind of place too. But please know what u r getting, I mean all the ingredients.

Bought a foot long today at the hard road location just to get to work and can’t leave to return this sub , the multi grain bread is stalled the young lady was nice but my bread is hard and falling apart I paid almost $12 bucks for just a sandwich. I have tried to call them as I took a bite and their phone doesn’t even work when I’m calling ! Other worker was just sitting there on something on her phone which was plain in sight but the young lady who made my sub was friendly but it wasn’t roasted soooo I don’t know how I ended up with stall bread !

I almost walked out! First I entered the store and one girl was helping a customer which was understandable but the one guy wasn’t helping anyone. He was just looking down. In the entire 10 minutes of me waiting did he not once look up at me say hi or tell me they will be right with me. He looked at me walk through the doors so he knew I walked in and was standing right in front of him. I saw that he was making subs which is understandable but at least acknowledge me and say we will be right with you. No customer service skills what so ever. I almost walked out when I saw how they put together my pizza sub which they didn’t even know what it was when I first asked about it. Pepperoni and cheese!? That’s it ? I had to ask them to put the sauce on and toast it. 6 inch pepperoni and cheese and a whole lotta sauce for $6.90! No thanks subway. I won’t be back. I was asking some questions and the one kid who didn’t greet me got mad and through the utensil back into the container. They didn’t even know what the old sub was…. Chicken pizzioloa!

Disgusting. Ordered a turkey footlong via the app tonight. Got to the store. Picked up my order. Got home and the bread was so old and dry it literally disintegrated and fell apart into piles of crumbs and dust. There must have been only 4 turkey slices on the whole sandwich. Such a waste of my time and money. Do better Subway. Throw your crummy day old bread out before serving it to your customers.

I don't usually go to subway. Especially when there is so many better local subs nearby. Had to in a pinch today, and I dont think I've ever seen a more pathetic amount of toppings put on. Definitely will not be going here again. If you need subway go to the one in Ontario instead.

Chu is the BEST worker ever! She works hard and always with a smile. Her subs are always perfectly made and she keeps that place going. I always leave this Subway feeling better than when I walked in.

ordered 2 subs online for pickup, picked up on time went to the movies and 3 of us ate the subs and with in 20 minutes all 3 of us ran to the bathroom with diarrhea at the same time and again 10 minutes later and that's all we consumed. clearly something was wrong with the food never again and I did contact subway corporate. wtf.

Not very hygienic. Used the same food prep gloves to deal with money, touch the register, wipe face, and make the food. Only one worker, she was way over worked and couldn't keep up. Should be 2.

Use to order sub for disable person who is on fixed income
Observed employee who has one order before mine and she complain that order did not have tip for her and if said that tip is optional
Well I find out few weeks later that i am unable to go to any location in Webster because employees sister is managing both subways on Hard Rd and Empire.
Recently manager .sister canceled my order and reason was that i disrespect her sister. What do you know
She accused me stated that I called names to her sister...
If its for me personally I would never go there
By the way none of the sister's has customer service skills
