The subs are very good, but the app to get special deals, doesn't inside.So, place your order from home, and then go to the shop and have the subs made "Your Way."

Just go somewhere else there are so many other sub options that are better and cheaper. Food was just bad you get barely anything for the cost they charge. And employees are clearly miserable and make you feel the same way. Last time I was hear was before covid and decided to give it another shot but clearly nothing has changed.

Out of everything. Sodas, chips, tomatoes, onions, etc…. Shelves are empty. Open sign is off during peak hours. Don’t worry though - they have plenty of bad attitudes to serve you! The location appears to have been hit by a hurricane, and the employee’s certainly don’t want to be there. Don’t bother stopping!

Ordered a sub from their website which said it would be ready for pickup at 2PM. Got to the restaurant and waited around until around 3pm before leaving and figured I'd worry about a refund later.There was only one employee, a line out the door and a few customers waiting for online orders. Felt bad for the poor kid trying to manage it all.After I left, I tried to call the phone number of the restaurant listed on their website. Got a response saying "this number is no longer in service". At this point, I figure I'm out that $12.If you aren't staffed to accept online orders, do not offer them.

Sometimes good sometimes not so much depending on worker...some are very slooooow. Biggest gripe I have is they DO NOT accept any Subway coupons. Have tried in-person and online ordering - fail.

Ordered online thru app.. went to pick up sub, place was closed, earlier than posted on website and on store door.. paid thru app.. went to call store, phone# listed is outta service.. go figure... terrible!!! Guess I'm going home hungry

Just left the Webster NY Hard Road Subway. Very nice employees but they only had white or wheat Bread rolls, no black olives, no spinach, no banana peppers and no vinaigrette dressing. Kind of takes the great out off a sub. The workers said they had a distributor issue receiving those materials. It would have been best if they had put a sign on the door before you go in to order so you could decide if it matters to you.

My sister in law and I love this particular Subway! All the employees made us feel at home! The two visits we had this week were fantastic! They were so attentive to our needs! It was a happy ambience that welcomed us as soon as we walked in!All the sandwiches were prepared according to our indications! While eating in the restaurant, other customers walked in and we observed the same "happy to serve" attitude with these customers too.We are definitely going back to this Subway on Hard Rd. though there's one closer to us.

Worst service my wife has ever gotten!If whoever runs this particular Subway, could please contact me it would be Great! There are too many issues to type out for the world to see. It is tough to hire right now, I get it.Your two closing employees on Friday 7/22, should not be working Customer service, ANY PLACE! As long as they work there, no human being should ever give this place business!
